Mr Guha uses a couple of shell companies in India & Bangaldesh to allure low wages contractors and promises the moon to them. He compels them to travel to USA and work on Business Visas. He never pays the committed salary and fires the employees the moment they push for pending salary. He keeps on accumulating the pending package and later uses that amount as an instrument of arm-twisitng and blackmailing. He shouts at employees and misbehaves with women executives.
Abhijit Guha, had been operating in Chicago for last 33 years and have been applying this trick every time. He misbehaves with employees and denies to pay their medical benefits. He also carries out tax frauds. He doesn't declare the full salary to the employees in the Form 1040, as a result he frauds the tax calculation.
