submitted an order Oct 1st and order still says "Pending." No response from emails to their support email. Found a number (718) 303-2323 and left a message. It's like nobody is home. Horrible.
Ordered carbon fiber dash kit. Applied it, but it peels off in many places. Requested an adhesive for this via three different times emails. No response at all.
They took my $192 and sent me a kit that will not fit. Will not answer their phone and will not respond to emails. Do not give these thieves the time of day.

I received my initial order, but the color was not to my liking. Requested a replacement, and was given instructions to return/replace. They gave me a return address that was to a place that they no longer did business with. After emails to the company I returned the kit to, I finally received an email from Dashkit Mall saying they had received it. They said as soon as the replacement kit went to shipping I would receive a tracking number. End of communication!!! They have stopped answering my many emails, and still no tracking number, or kit. I have no other options at this point, and have no kit. Don't buy anything from this poor company.
I ordered a dash inlay kit, for my '84 Jag from Dashkit Mall. I did get the replacement kit, but it did not fit. I contacted them, and ended up sending photos of the areas that did not fit properly. Their web page indicated that they would work with the customer until they received a satisfactory fit. They have stopped responding to my emails and inquiries. Their customer service is nil. I am out $176 and have a dash kit that will not fit properly. I have been trying to work with them for at least 6 months, but they will not even respond to my pleas for their assistance. I am throuhly disgusted at them. I have tried everything I know to resolve the situation.
Beware! Ordered and submitted full payment for my 350Z dash trim kit. Packaged arrived in a timely manner, but the two most high profile, showcase pieces were missing. Contacted by email right away, there is no phone number, and received an apologetic response, with resolution to send missing parts.
It's been two weeks...I inquire daily now about my parts and if they have been shipped. No response, tracked down a phone number and it's to a private answering machine. Do NOT buy anything from this virtual company. Read the Rip Off Report for more customers of the Dashkit Mall who have sufferred the same fate!
