Any tenant looking to rent to a Dashinda Robinson please beware and do your own due diligance. I would run her credit and also make sure you have a damage deposit or you will find yourself in the same spot as i have. I rented my place to her and she was always late on rent and never paid on time.
She also didnt pay for additional items owed for the time she stayed and racked up all kinds of incidental charges (Electrical, Gas, Late Fees) eventually leaving with a balance owed and never paid. Furthermore, her cat left over $5000 in damage to the furniture, she had stolen certain home goods / items such as pillows, blankets, linens, pots, pans, and over $500 in items taken from the home.
She is NOT a good tenant and will not be responsible for anything in the lease. She left the place in an absolute mess and was vandalized. Beware of this tenant as she will not pay on time and will leave the place in ruins.
