I saw their ad and went online to place an order for 2 dash cam pro. I went through steps to order and entered my credit card no and before i placed the order I searched online about the product that was April 29. I found that people complain about it a lot. so i stopped and didn't placed the order, closed my browser. one week later I found the cam in my mail. called them and explained everything they told I need to send the item back so I can get my refund. I told them I am not paying for the shipping and they agree to send my shipping label and they did. I send the item back and waited for my refund about 2 weeks. called asking about the refund they told my it will take time because of their warehouse.
A week late called someone told me the same story. After a month, they said they had the item and they will issue a refund within 2 day and it will show in my bank within a week. I kept called every other week and always told the same story. I contacted my bank and the issued a refund. and after a week I seen the charge showed again in my card. I called my bank they told the merchandise provide them with prove that I have the item. My bank asked for prove that I send the item back, I did provide them with the tracking info. They asked me to contact the merchandise together so to find what is going on we called them and I heard the same story I have been hearing that the refund should show in my bank within a week. This been going since May till this moment. No refund
I purchased 2 of the as seen on TV Dashcam pro in Jan.2016 the company states they sent it out on Feb.2 2016 it arrived on Feb. 26 2016 (to the wrong address) after tracking the dashcams I found out that the company mailed it to the wrong address, I confronted the company who insists that the U S Post office is responsable for my refund since they delivered it to the wrong address. they refused to understand that they put the address on the package!!! what do I do? they also refuse to put a manager on line.
I ordered and paid for two Dash Cam Pro video cameeras after watching their commercial on FOX News network. My credit card was invoiced and they were paid the same day October 20, 2015.
I called about 3 weeks later & was told the cameras were on the way. Since then they have takened the phone number down and can contact them only via completing a form on their web site.
