Darrin Thomas rented us an unsafe home that was in disrepair. He also lied continually about aspects of the home and when it was time to return the large deposit, he questioned pre-existing damage to the home and discredited all of the repairs and upgrades I did myself. I am awaiting my refund check as we speak if there is any. I am more than willing to provide further details regarding my horrible rental experience with this awful person. On a side note, this home will soon be listed on the market for sale and I feel any potential buyers should be forewarned.
