He lied to us that he currently lived in Kalihi on Rose Street, and that he had to move out of his unit to vacate it, because he has relatives living in Las Vegas who were set to move back to Hawaii. That is his LIE! He gives a Rose Street, Kalihi address, only to find out that it is a large house, and he has NOT lived there!
After you hand this creep/slimeball/jerk the keys to your unit, say bye bye to your unit, and bye bye to Darin, as he is hardly home, or is home, but does not open the door.
This loser also does not pay utilities, so he has a bunch of Kerosene lamps that he keeps because he has no money to pay for his electricity.
Sadly, Darin has children, and he should be investigated for child negligence. Why? Because his kids are under-fed, dressed like bums, long hair, unkempt looks.
The biggest headache will be to find an attorney to evict Darin Hisao Haitsuka, the roach, from your rental unit. Or heck, the COST to evict Darin wil cost you thousands of dollars!
Not only will you spend money on the attorney fee. But you will spend money to hire a moving company to move all of his junk/crap out of your rental unit. This will cost you THOUSANDS of dollar! In addition, you will have to hire a sheriff-like person who charges you by the hour, for sitting his lazy a*s in the garage while the movers take out all of Darin's crap, load it into the moving truck. Then you will also pay for storage fee, since here in crappy "criminal-loving" America, you can't just dump all of the tenants' belongings out onto the street. Sad. So as the landlord, you will have to store his crap in some kind of storage facility.
