My original purchase of a sample from valere skin therapy cream which did not work for me. I called the company and cancelled the product, stating dissatisfaction with the product. I received another bottle after cancellation and called again and was told it was shipped before cancellation. I said i would return both because it did not work, in fact i had some skin problem because of it. I said i would return both bottles but was told that was not necessary. I set them on a shelf and haven't thought about it until i received this letter, which both my husband and i thought was a scam. It turns out that is what it is. I contacted valere and they have verified i cancelled and there is nothing they can do. I offered once again to return the product which i intend to do since i can't use it anyway. The person said not to return it but it was up to me. I attempted to contact this company and all i reeive is an automated system saying i owe 98.71 which i do not intend to pay because i do not owe it. I tried to get a fax number without success. I tried via phone, website and throug valere without success. This company is taken advantage of well meaning and potential customers. I would venture to say many are senior citizens. I hope someone is able to put a stop to the damage these two companies participate in.
