Diring the Christmas Season 2016 and 2017 i had recieved paperwork from a debt collector and the law firm it came from was Daniels and Norelli.This Past Christmas 2017 i recieved another notice from these scam artists and this time decided to check it out and see if this was a old medical bill i might have forgotten about. If it was a medical i would have been more than willing to make amends on it.I requested a validation of the debt and this so called "Lawyer" named Steven L. Roesnthal then came into the picture and only provided me with a Judgment from back in 2008.this is now over 10 years old and much to my suprise it was some debt with Bank Of America i didnt have a account with. It is rule of thumb you should NEVER pay a third party debt collector to begin with since you do not owe them money and i find it disturbing that someone like Steven L. Rosenthal has my information including my Social Security number in which he has no right to have and these dirt bag debt collectors shouldnt even be allowed to aquire anyones information.
Well after i had sent the Validation of debt. request as mentioned above he sent me limited info to begin with this so called Laywer failed to produce any contract that i had ANY obligation to pay this dirt bag and he didnt have any contract where i agreed to pay the creditor he also failed to produce ALL the statements while the account was open and even couldnt provide the Address of the creditor.Beware of this Law Firm and take my advice if you owe any debt deal with the creditor ONLY not the third party scumbags like Steven L. Rosenthal and his gang of criminals who are out not to help you but to line their Bank acounts with money from the foolish who fall for these scam artists!
