The beds are pee stained and the couches are broken down, smelly, stained and uncomfortable.
We found a dirty thong with a period pad stuck under the mattress in the bedroom as well as used crack needles when we were changing our sheets during our stay.
They are liars and awful individuals and rip people off by stealing their security deposit that they demand to be paid in cash.
They do not have a bank account hence why they always insist to be paid in cash for everything.
Art Laron and Danielle Meglio also deal in illegal home grown drugs to supplement their income.
Danielle Meglio was fired by Eisenhower Medical Center when she got caught selling drugs to fellow employees and was arrested and actually went to jail, making her a convicted felon.
They also launder their drug money thru the condo hence the cash deals.
These two shady characters live in La Quinta, California and are very bad news.
For sure the IRS and DEA would love to hear about their shady cash drug deals.
