My case has been with the Grand Jury for about 6 months regarding fraud. I was defrauded $29,500. The eveidence was very simple and clear according to those I know in the legal field. The Grand Jury, with the decision of the Prosecutor, Daniel Harrison, decided to drop the case.
This Grand Jury NEVER intervied me the entire 6 months. My belief is, I had written to the Atorney General complaining that my case was not getting the attention I believe it deserved. I might have rocked the boat. Never the less, facts are facts and they decide to drop the case.
