Daniel Greiner is a deceptive and lying landlord.He lied to me saying he owned the home when really he was renting it out and then sub leased the basement to me which was illegal and was not allowed for him to do when he signed the lease to rent the home. He basically pretended to be a landlord when he was really a tenant all along. While I was residing in the basement of their home many things became broken and he refused to fix them and I had to pay for the cost myself even though I was renting and the landlord is supposed to pay for everything, the air conditioning and plumbing was a nightmare and the portable a/c unit broke after 2 days of me living there. A trashcan lid was used as a sump pump top and the trashcan lid had holes in it and the basement started smelling like raw sewage and stench. The toilet and shower drain starting backing up on me and he refused to fix all of these things.
The basement apartment was fixed up to look nice for a showing to lure you to lease it out but days after me moving in any and everything started breaking. Also mildew was found behind the walls after me moving in. I moved out and he refused to pay me my rent and security deposit. Do not rent from this individual as he will lie and con you!
