Daniel Gaudreau from Gatineau Outaouais (the greater Ottawa), has completely ripped us off. I can’t believe how much of a scammer he is. I heard horror stories of how people have been scammed and ripped off, but I never thought it would happen to me.

I was completely shocked and told the police that they probably have the wrong number, until they told me they arrested Daniel Gaudreau for soliciting prostitutes. He is indeed my AirBNB guest, and I couldn’t believe it. What crime could he possibly do to the point of having the police INSIDE my apartment and arresting him.
I went to the apartment as fast as I could and I was in complete shock to see that indeed, the police were there. Not only this, the apartment was completely destroyed and dirty. There were dirty clothes everywhere, the apartment smelled like cigarettes & marijuana (I made it clear that no smoking was allowed), there was urine on the floor, Daniel Gaudreau was extremely drunk.
He vomited everywhere in our apartment, clogged the toilet with his feces, and was extremely belligerent with the police. He was handcuffed and crying and screaming while laying on the floor.
It was 3 in the morning, and all my neighbors were outside looking at me as if I was some sort of criminal because of what just happened. Now because of him, I can’t rent my place on AirBNB anymore because of neighbors' complaints, and I can't blame them! As I said this was a family-friendly place in a nice neighborhood until Daniel Gaudreau temporarily moved in, and started having prostitutes over in the middle of the night.
He turned this charming place into a sex dungeon for him and his sick fantasty. I explained to the police that he was a customer through AirBNB. The police were nice and professional, and were even scolding him for what he did to the apartment. They kept telling Daniel Gaudreau that he should be ashamed of himself, but he was too busy crying while being drunk as a sailor.
They took him in handcuffs at the police station. But what about my apartment that’s been damaged? What about his aggressive behavior towards my neighbors? Who is going to clean his urine all over the floor? Apparently he assaulted one of the prostitutes, so now the investigators have to come back to my apartment the next day to investigate further and they are not allowing me to clean the apartment first.
So here I am left with a destroyed apartment that I can’t clean and can’t rent until the police are done investigating what Daniel Gaudreau from Gatineau Outaouais has done. I have an apartment smelling like urine that I can’t clean until the police are done with their investigations.

She said Daniel Gaudreau is an abusive person and would do to her what Guy Cloutier would do to Nathalie Simard in her youth. She was sweet enough to offer help. I told her it was fine since AirBNB is going to refund me. I feel bad for these 2 women.
What really bothers me is that the apartment can’t be rented anymore because of all the commotion created by Daniel Gaudreau’s illegal activity in my apartment. How can 1 guest destroy my business?

Mon profil AirBNB n'a que des critiques positives, je m'assure toujours que mon logement est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans stress (papier toilette, savon, serviettes, etc.)
J'ai entendu des histoires d'horreur de personnes louant leurs logements sur AirBNB, mais heureusement, je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. C'est jusqu'à ce que je fasse l'ÉNORME erreur de louer ma place à Daniel Gaudreau de Gatineau, Outaouais.
Il a été le pire invité que nous ayons jamais eu depuis l'inscription de notre logement sur AirBNB. Au début, il avait l'air OK et il n'y avait pas de drapeaux rouges. Je pense aussi qu'AirBNB vérifie les antécédents des clients avant de les laisser réserver votre place. Il n'a eu qu'une seule mauvaise critique d'une autre personne qui lui a loué sa place, mais je n'y ai pas beaucoup pensé.
Ce qui s'est avéré être une expérience agréable et rentable de louer notre logement sur AirBNB s'est transformé en un véritable cauchemar à cause de Daniel Gaudreau.
Le premier jour, j'ai commencé à avoir une mauvaise ambiance à son sujet. Il sentait drôle, avait très mauvaise haleine et posait des questions très bizarres. Je n'y ai pas beaucoup pensé, et je le regrette profondément de ne pas avoir décliné sa réservation. Que puis-je faire? Il était déjà là. L'endroit était déjà réservé par lui. J'avais aussi peur de lui, car il semblait être le genre de personne qui deviendrait conflictuelle à propos de petites choses.
Ce qui était autrefois un bel appartement dans un endroit calme et familial de banlieue s'est transformé en catastrophe avec la police impliquée. Daniel Gaudreau de Gatineau a utilisé ma place pour solliciter des prostituées. Je tiens à préciser une chose : il ne s'agissait pas de ses amis ou de membres de sa famille. C'étaient des prostituées. Il a utilisé mon appartement répertorié sur AirBNB pour avoir des relations sexuelles avec des prostituées. Évidemment ce n'est pas autorisé sur AirBNB, et surtout pas dans mon appartement. C'est aussi illégal.
J'ai été informé des problèmes pour la première fois lorsque la police m'a appelé pour me dire qu'ils étaient à l'intérieur de mon appartement pour enquêter sur un possible crime. J'ai été complètement choqué et j'ai dit aux policiers qu'ils avaient probablement le mauvais numéro, jusqu'à ce qu'ils me disent qu'ils ont arrêté Daniel Gaudreau pour sollicitation de prostituées. Il est en effet mon invité AirBNB, et je ne pouvais pas y croire. Quel crime pourrait-il commettre au point d'avoir la police À L'INTÉRIEUR de mon appartement et de l'arrêter.
Je suis allé à l'appartement aussi vite que j'ai pu et j'ai été complètement choqué de voir qu'effectivement, la police était là. Non seulement cela, l'appartement a été complètement détruit et sale. Il y avait des vêtements sales partout, l'appartement sentait la cigarette et la marijuana (j'ai précisé qu'il était interdit de fumer), il y avait de l'urine sur le sol, Daniel Gaudreau était extrêmement ivre.
Il a vomi partout dans notre appartement, a bouché les toilettes avec ses excréments et s'est montré extrêmement agressif avec la police. Il était menotté et pleurait et criait alors qu'il était allongé sur le sol.
Il était 3 heures du matin et tous mes voisins étaient dehors et me regardaient comme si j'étais une sorte de criminel à cause de ce qui venait de se passer. Maintenant à cause de lui, je ne peux plus louer ma place sur AirBNB à cause des plaintes des voisins, et je ne peux pas leur en vouloir ! Comme je l'ai dit, c'était un endroit familial dans un quartier agréable jusqu'à ce que Daniel Gaudreau emménage temporairement et commence à avoir des prostituées au milieu de la nuit.
Il a transformé cet endroit charmant en un cachot sexuel pour lui et son fantasme malade. J'ai expliqué à la police qu'il était client via AirBNB. La police était gentille et professionnelle et le grondait même pour ce qu'il avait fait à l'appartement. Ils n'arrêtaient pas de dire à Daniel Gaudreau qu'il devrait avoir honte de lui-même, mais il était trop occupé à pleurer alors qu'il était ivre comme un marin.
Ils l'ont emmené menotté au poste de police. Mais qu'en est-il de mon appartement qui a été endommagé ? Qu'en est-il de son comportement agressif envers mes voisins ? Qui va nettoyer son urine partout sur le sol ? Apparemment, il a agressé l'une des prostituées, alors maintenant les enquêteurs doivent revenir à mon appartement le lendemain pour enquêter plus avant et ils ne me permettent pas de nettoyer l'appartement en premier. Me voilà donc avec un appartement détruit que je ne peux pas nettoyer et louer tant que la police n'aura pas fini d'enquêter sur ce qu'a fait Daniel Gaudreau de Gatineau Outaouais. J'ai un appartement qui sent l'urine que je ne peux pas nettoyer tant que la police n'a pas terminé son enquête.
J'ai ouvert une réclamation auprès d'AirBNB en espérant qu'ils me rembourseront les dommages causés par cet idiot. Je leur ai donné le rapport de police montrant que Daniel Gaudreau avait agressé une prostituée à l'intérieur de l'appartement, et ils ont suspendu son compte. Jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas encore entendu AirBNB parler de ma perte monétaire, mais on m'a dit que je serais remboursé pour les frais de nettoyage et de réparation de mon appartement. C'est super, mais je l'attends toujours. Aussi, cela ne change rien au fait que Daniel Gaudreau a détruit mon entreprise parallèle. Maintenant, je ne peux plus le louer sur AirBNB à cause de mes voisins.
Le lendemain, j'ai eu sa soi-disant épouse nommée Michelle Waters qui m'a appelé plusieurs fois. Je pensais qu'elle voulait arranger les choses pour ce que son mari avait causé, mais en fait elle n'était pas intéressée à s'excuser pour son comportement agressif en détruisant mon appartement ou en le transformant en un endroit rempli de prostituées. Elle voulait plutôt que je lui donne les images de sécurité du bâtiment pour voir quelles filles rendaient visite à son mari. Je lui ai dit que je n'avais aucune vidéo de sécurité, qu'elle appartient au gérant de l'immeuble et pas à moi. Je ne suis propriétaire que de l'appartement, pas de tout l'immeuble. Elle a insisté sur le fait qu'elle avait besoin de savoir avec qui son mari avait couché !!! Elle n'arrêtait pas de me demander qu'elle voulait savoir si Daniel Gaudreau la trompait ou non. Je lui ai dit qu'il l'était évidemment si la police l'arrêtait pour avoir sollicité des prostituées. Elle s'est mise à pleurer et m'a raccroché au nez. En fait, je me sens mal pour Michelle Waters. Si louer ma place à cet escroc Daniel Gaudreau a causé tant de tort à mon entreprise avec la police enquêtant et l'appartement aspergé d'urine et de vomi de Daniel Gaudreau, je ne peux pas croire à quel point cela doit être horrible pour Michelle Waters de vivre avec lui et son erratique & comportement agressif. Sa belle-fille Cinthia Waters m'a appelé et voulait arranger les choses. Elle a commencé par s'excuser pour son attitude de beau-père et a proposé de me payer les frais de nettoyage et les frais de réparation. Elle a dit que Daniel Gaudreau est une personne violente et qu'il lui ferait ce que Guy Cloutier ferait à Nathalie Simard dans sa jeunesse. Elle a été assez gentille pour offrir son aide. Je lui ai dit que ça allait puisque AirBNB allait me rembourser. Je me sens mal pour ces 2 femmes.
Ce qui me dérange vraiment, c'est que l'appartement ne peut plus être loué à cause de toute l'agitation créée par l'activité illégale de Daniel Gaudreau dans mon appartement. Comment 1 invité peut-il détruire mon entreprise ?
J'ai loué cet appartement pendant plus de 3 ans sur AirBNB et j'ai eu plus de 50 invités sans incident. Tout le monde a été gentil et poli jusqu'à ce que je fasse cette énorme erreur de louer ma place à Daniel Gaudreau. Je doute maintenant qu'il y ait une vérification des antécédents effectuée par AirBNB, puisque la police a déclaré que ce n'est pas la première fois que Daniel Gaudreau de Gatineau Outaouais est arrêté par la police. Que diable est-ce! Mon entreprise est détruite, mais je peux peut-être sauver la vôtre. Ne louez jamais votre logement à Daniel Gaudreau de Gatineau Outaouais. En fait, ne faites jamais affaire avec lui. C'est un escroc, un escroc et, dans l'ensemble, une mauvaise personne. Il nous a arnaqués et nous nous retrouvons avec une perte monétaire. On le reconnaît à sa petite taille (il mesure 5 pieds je crois, très petit), il est chauve ou presque chauve, il a mauvaise haleine et sent mauvais. Il pèse environ 450 livres. Je vais inclure des photos afin que vous puissiez le reconnaître et ne pas faire affaire avec lui. Soyez prudent lorsque vous faites affaire avec lui.
Il nous a arnaqués et nous a fait beaucoup de mal.
J'ai une perte de plusieurs milliers de dollars et j'espère qu'AirBNB me remboursera les frais de réparation. Je me demande aussi si je devrais poursuivre Daniel Gaudreau ou non. En tant que petit propriétaire avec peu de ressources, cela m'a pesé mentalement. Les méchants existent bel et bien, et Daniel Gaudreau est la preuve qu'ils existent bel et bien.
