I recently contacted this website to ask them to remove my information but is inaccurate, defamatory and irrelevant as I no longer live in the US. In my original request I pointed out that the Florida State Attorney is collecting names of websites pursuing this mugshot racket and is hearing several class action lawsuits against various companies. I also pointed out that the incoming statute SB118 mandates statutory payouts to people that request their information is removed and do not get actioned. I note that the company is registered in Panama and they utilise a 3rd party domain screening service to avoid anyone identifying the owner of the site and seeing them directly. All clearly the behaviour of a company operating outside the law and attempting to avoid prosecution. Here is their reply so you can see what kind of bullying, unpleasant, abusive scum bags you are dealing with.
