I live 91 miles from the dealership. I bought a car from them and drove home. They represented the vehicle to have passed an inspection where they scrutinized everything and replaced everything necessary . I got home, and drove an additional 50 miles. That is, 150 miles or less on the vehicle since purchase. The check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to my local dealership, 3 miles from home. They indicated repairs necessary of over $1300. I contacted the dealer where I bought the car, and they told me I should've brought it back to them. I indicated that I wasn't comfortable with this because the check engine light was on. They told me that they didn't want to " get involved". They told me that they were not going to provide any financial assistance in this necessary repair to the car that they represented as roadworthy.
After going to this company in one of there " expos" we saw a vehicle that we wanted. Everything was going ok until I noticed a Carfax report stating that the car was a manufacturer buy back. Aka: lemon law issues. They stated that the bank wouldn't finance a " buy back" Once I asked what was repaired or replaced on it they gave no response and did everything in their power to get rid of us. So they said we could come back after they brought another car to try. We showed up the next day only to have them try everything to change terms. We said no and left. Watch out!
