I purchased a vehicle from Danes Auto of Pine Bluff in 2012. They didn't have possession of the title at time of purchase but assured us it would be in by the end of the week. Long story short, it wasn't. Three months later after dozens upon dozens of calls and visits, still no title. My vehicle stayed parked after only having it a month. It sat in my yard for 2 months because I couldn't legally drive it without it being registered. I couldn't register it without a title. We decided to move to North Arkansas due to my career so we called Danes to let them know so they could pick up the vehicle. They did come and pick up the vehicle and we moved north. It never crossed my mind again until a full year later when my paycheck started being garnished. Come to find out, Danes had taken back my vehicle and then sued me for the full price of the vehicle. I had to pay $6,000.00 for a vehicle that I didn't have. I honestly believe this was purposely done in order to get my money and the vehicle in order to resell it and make double. On top of everything, they had it added to my credit score. I have been fighting to have it removed for 4 years. Please please DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM DANES AUTO SALES OF PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS. ..... Drive that extra few miles because it will save you thousands of dollars and years of headaches. Danes Auto Sales is CROOKED and so are the people who work there. BEWARE!!
