Dan Yachter, DC Reviews
March 1 2016 went to Nutrimost in Debary for information on their advertised weight loss program. A discussion was already in progress and a woman employee took me to another room and told me to stand on a scale. This is before hearing my reason for attending. I told the woman that I wanted to lose 10lbs which was around my abdominal and hips. After weighing me fully clothed I was taken to another room where another female worker told me to place my right hand fingers on a device. I was sent back to another room where Dan Yachter was speaking to three other people. I had missed most of what he told the other applicants.
A woman then took me back to to the other office and showed me print-out of computer data profiling my supposedly over weight and treatment necessary. The projected cost of losing 10 lbs weight was approximately $2.400. I said I did not have that money because I am an 83 year-old Pensioner with a small pension, and I did not know that the cost would be so exorbitant. The female worker handed me a tablet and pressurized me to apply for a CareCredit loan which surprisingly, the maximum credit given by CareCredit is the same amount for the Nutrimost Lose weight plan.
I entered the only questions asked of me. Name, Address and Monthly Income - That's all the information requested on the Tablet. I gladly entered the information requested because I was confident that I would never be approved for credit. But to but my surprise and that of the female worker holding the Tablet, I was instantly approved. Every other entity that I have applied for credit had denied me based on my income and expenditure, But not CareCredit. This set off alarm bells ringing.
After arriving home I started to read all the literature which was packed in a folder. The first SCAM was the computer print out giving my weight as 198.2lbs. This is was a totally false reading. For around two years my weight has been between 182 and 185 lbs. I first told them on arriving that my weight was 185 but ideally was 175lbs. And this is the amount I wanted to lose. Now, here is the second part of the SCAM.
I instructed to drink some of the liquids they supplied in the packet, and the next morning on awakening I should weigh myself and telephone them the information. Think of it! Had I done that, Nurtimost would have claimed that their weightloss proigrame is working. Because my natural weight is 182-185, and as their computer printout gives my weight falsely, as 195.2 Nutrimost would certainly claim credit for my overnight weightloss.
I emailed Nutrimost of my disgust at their Scam and my intention to return the packet. They replied by asking me to visit them in Debary on Tue 9th March. I have FeDex the weightloss packed back to Nutrimost in Debary and demanding the refund to CareCredit of $2400 Nutrimost received.
I seek your immediate help because I belive that Dan Yachter is on the verge of filing liquidation as he has done in the recent past.
