They are breaking in and stealing ON CAMERA app Q See, QT View: on 6/25, 7/4, 7/10 etc. They are stealing from the fridge, stealing from the cupboard, doing clean sweeps, etc. When 25yr old Owner Dan Wehner is confronted he responds “she doesn’t like to share”. Wehner and Wheeler are brazenly racist and brazenly entitled.
Circuit Breaker boxes are setup to force tenants to pay washer and dryer electricity fee(owners responsibility); forcing tenants to pay the utility garage lighting and electricity fee(owners responsibility); share Breaker boxes, etc. None of this is in the 12mo Lease!
