I spent all my money on him and I was forced to continue using his services because I could not afford to go elsewhere. He is one of the reasons lawyers get a bad rap. Avoid him like the plague. He did not stand up for me like I was told he would. He makes up excuses to avoid court dates. I suffered financially for a long time because of his laziness. His peers don't respect him. They openly ridicule him to his face when they see him in the courthouse hallway with his 'client'. Avoid this loser.

The law firm Dale and Lessmann LLP has since held over $120,000.00 in it's non interest bearing trust account since June 2009 but the law firm will only acknowledge $91,000.00 , insisting that I am not entitled to the attorned rents at all.The law firm is under investigation for fraud.
