I sugguested to repair the coat or a full refund I asked this person to send the coat back which he never did instead he decided to keep the coat and ''repair'' the coat himself.
months later claims that the cost for repairs is 275$ and opens a chargeback from his financial institution. never sends the coat back and receives a full refund! basically stealing my 485$ fur coat.
