Fed Ex lost it (3 hrs by car) 2/21/18. Fed Ex told me DailySales.com is responsible for filing a lost report, replacing my order, etc. NOT Fed Ex since I did not contract through them.
Dailysales has been refusing to either replace OR repay my order, and it is now 3/10/18, saying "my concerns have been reported to our Fulfillment Team who will contact you in 24-48 hours".
I have gotten this message from 'chat' from Dailysales TWICE now last week, and of course, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM DAILYSALES.COM.
this is the worst online sale web ever! It takes 3 weeks to ship to you. 10 times slower than Amazon. When it does ship, it ship you junk!! absolutely Junk!
I ordered Samsung Note 4 GSM unlocked. It shipped me Sprint Phone. Sprint phone is not GSM unlocked phone!
I ordered a LaReve Women's Waist Cincher which was to large. I sent it back for a smaller size and have never received the smaller size. This item is paid for so I would like to receive my merchandise or a refund of $19.99.
I ordered 4 products from Daily Sales 1st part of Feb. 2017. I received one item. I notified the company & they wanted a picture of the ordernthat was enclosed. Sent it twice. Next a c picture of the package the one item was in. I did not keep the package. I waited & waited. Several emails later, still no solution to the problem. No phone number to call them. In email, they keep saying a customer rep. will be in touch. I am still waiting again for one to contact me. I think their business practices are awful. I see alot of things I would like to order, but no thanks. My cc company will be notified next. Very poor dealings in my opinion. From reading other complaints, it sounds like they have had the same results.
I order two items, received only one item. I email asking for a refund on item not received. Never got a reply. Cannot get to them on a phone , since they state you can only email.
