I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary. On 09/24 I contacted Dahlia to obtain a quote. I provided a description of what was needed and my location. I was instantly informed that she would get back to me shortly. About one week later I was contacted by Dahlia I again provided my location and description she then waits another week AFTER TAKING A 200 HUNDRED $ deposit stating "given the distance and the limited scope, the team would not be able to take on your project with their current bandwidth and deadlines."
That's fine, except for the fact that I thoroughly explained my scope of work and location two weeks earlier via phone and a week earlier via telephone. A courtesy call or e-mail the day after we talked would have been appreciated. I was not looking for anyone else because Dahlia verbally confirmed to take the project and just needed to schedule it. However, the "teasing" and lack of communications put us 2 weeks behind and now I have to start from scratch. Given that i was due in 3 months and we have contractors ready to start so the project could be completed before i gives birth, two weeks is a LOT of time wasted due to poor communication skills and customer service. RIP OFF SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS
