This company has the worst customer service ever. They have no clue how to treat customers. There product is no good. Don't buy it. They will tell you it works on your vehicle (2016 F250 Super Duty), but the passenger mirrors that are equipped with the outside temp sensor for your vehicle, DT motoring mirrors do not have in their mirror. Can only buy them in sets, but the passenger mirror must be an OEM replacement only. Told me I didn't send everything back and I am only getting a 50% refund. Told me I had to go to my EBAY and request a return. I didn't buy this through my EBAY account I bought it online. Had to call and get loud to get them to refund my money in full as I did send everything back to them. How would I get the labels from them? These people are ridiculous. What a run around!! WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM DT MOTORING!!
Passenger light has defective harness. Asked how I can buy a harness to fix the problem, was told I have to buy a whole new set of lights. Safety issues while driving, very horrible customer service experiance.
