I attended a presentation at a local restaurant in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The presenter was a woman who claims was a clinical nurse. There also was a young man acting as the salesperson. The presentation was power point and many of the questions that was asked by the attendees were not properly answered. Lots of salesmanship. Since I have been suffering from neuropathy for an number of years without any relief, I have become vulnerable, and desperate looking for a cure, or at least remission. I met the next day with the salesman. He told a story how he was a former firefighter in Canada, and was seriously injured, and how Dr. DiDuro saved his life. He was convincing, but I believe he was lying, and was part of this scam. He also brought the apparatus with him as though he new I would buy. That should have been a yellow flag for me.So I bought it hoping it would help. It did nothing. I started getting calls from a Pat who was assigned as my "coach". She claims its works and she has the same condition that I have, and she uses it 4 hours per day. I mentioned that I believed it was a scam, and she disagreed with me. After a few weeks I tried to call her and I was unable to make contact with her. I received a letter sometime in December stating that the good Dr. DiDuro was "giving" back to his clients by offering a 50% discount for the balance due. I them claims it was a scam and why would he suddenly offer a generous discount when they had my credit card number and a signed contract. She replied that he wanted to do something for his clients. The only thing he did was take the money and run. Shortly thereafter the business was closed. Shame on me for falling for this scam. I ask anyone is there any recourse? Arizona Attotney General's office? BBB? Class action? Like many others, I am on a fixed income and surely cannot afford to become a victim. Please help!!! I'm mad as there were many flags that should have raised enough doubt that I would be $4,000 richer.
AS a last resort to spinal stenosis and neuropathy pain, my husband signed a DIY neurocare of American contract with a no risk, 12 month, 100% money back guarantee. All of the conditions were followed--daily application of the low level light pads, twice daily (for one year), participate in all home coaching calls (there were none), follow the nutritional guidelines (which included supplements of Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, ProNeuro Neo 40 Arginine Complex Booster, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil and Magnesium. All of this was followed for the entire year (3 hours a day!), with no results.
At the end of one year, several calls were placed and never returned. I finally got a person on the phone that said DIY Nerocare was no longer in business and no refunds were due ($3,945.00)I have a list of every call that I made to this company, and none were returned. At the beginning, I received three calls asking how I was doing and changing the regime a bit (adding another area of the body for the treatment).
I do believe this was an entire rip-off--and most of us cannot afford to lose that amount of money when we are on fixed incomes. What can those of us who purchased this "laser Pad" do to get our funds returned?? Dr. Joseph DiDuro and Dr. Tracey Regan both have their phones disconnected. Dr. Di Duro lives in a very comfortable Scottsdale home on other people's money. Dr. Tracey Regan is practicing in Florida dba KWEST Investments, 215 SE 8th Ave., #1700, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301. DIY NeuroCare of America, claimed that their product of infa red light pads could improve my nuropathy in my feet, alond
with thiere vitamin sparys and tablest, went to a presintation, in Lake Havasu City Az . with the 100% money back garuntee
and having done infra red treatments in my cirpraticors office and it had helped , I felt I had nothing to lose .Well It caost
me $4000.00 and yes I lost it all. If anyone knows of a class action law suite I'd like to be contacted.
I did all they asked , weekly phone calls, treatments morning and night and all the sparys and tablets.
6 months into it I called for a refund that there was no improvement they said I had to go the full year, so I kept going.
At the end of the year I contacted them and they said I'd recive instruction by mail for my refund,
never came. I contacted a Kieth Day who said company was belly up, but he would make me payments toward my refund.
That never materialized either. Kieth then sent letter saing he was no longer going to make good as oters in company also
quit and doors were closed, all names and numbers were also no good.
Many here in Lake Havasu City also lost that same amonut of Money, Total Senior Scam
