I found D&C Masonry on Craig's List. I was in need of a small cement job, and some brickwork repair. Don Collier came out to my house andgave me an estimate of $800.00 for the entire job. I gave Don Collier a$400.00 deposit to get the job started. Job was to start on Monday. Don Collier no showed and no called on Monday. I called hime he state his helper was sick. On Tuesday they showed up with s sod cutter. They cut the sod for about 30 minutes, then left with out saying anything. I did not think the sod had been cut out well, and that the area would need a lot of prep work. I call Don Collier, and he stated they would be back tomorrow, Wednesday to pour the cement. Again no call no show all day. I tried several time to reach Don Collier, and he did not answer, or return messages. I finally heard from him late in the day. He stated his daughter was sick. He promised he would be out Thursday, and to finish on Friday. No call, no show again. On Thursday and Friday. Then I knew I had been ripped off.
