Manuel showed up for set appointment. Removed window and screen. Replaced glass. Started to re-use rotting rubber seal. Used black silicone to repair. Poor job. Did not replace screen or offer to even seal inside. My husband told him job was unacceptable, no response. My husband called the office. They told him they only furnish the glass, not materials used in the job. What kind of service was this. Asked to leave premises. Did not repair second window. Charged $250.00 cash.
