I placed a order for 2 dog beds on Dec. 8 2021. A comfirmation email was sent to me. The money ($89.99) was taken for my account on Dec. 9 2021.

On Dec. 27 2021 I tried to set up a account on their web site to check on my order and it wouldn't let me do it. It kept telling me that my password was wrong. So I emailed them asking for help logging in to check on my order.

On Dec. 29, 2021 I recieved a email from Macey from Customify that stating that they are receiving a higher than normal emails and will get back to me as soon as they can. (24 to 72 hrs)

On Jan. 3 2022 I received a email from John at Customfiy. He said that they were currently processing my order. and that it roughly takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

On Jan. 14 John emails me again Thanking me for my patience and with the shipping delays, it would be 5 to 7 days longer than expected. He said that my order has been filled and they were waiting on a courior service to release a tracking number. On Jan. 16,2022 I emailed them asking about the order. On Jan. 30 2022 John emailed me back stating that he was sorry and would tag my order as urgent. Would send notifacation as soon as it ships.

On Feb. 8, 2022 I emailed them stating that I was now ready to get a refund ($89.99).No response. On Feb 17, 2022 I emailed again asking for a refund ($89.99).. No Response. On March 4, 2022 I emailed again asking for a refund. ($89.99) No response.

I placed an order with Customify.com (via Instagram) on 01.20.22 for two dog beds and a confirmation email was received. This transaction/purchase was posted to my checking account for $49.98 on 1.21.22.

On 1.25.22, I attempted to create an account on the Customify website so I could track my order. The website would not allow an acct. to be created at that time. So, I sent an email to support.

On 1.26.22, I received an email response from Macy who indicated that they were receiving a high number of emails etc. but I should received another response in 24-72 hrs.

On 1.29.22, I received another email from John who advised that my order was currently being processed. As well as, delivery roughly being 2-4 weeks.

On 2.18.22, I replied to John that I still had not received any shipping information nor my purchase. On 2.24.22, I attempted to chat with them via the chat tool on the website. I also emailed both John and Macy on 2.24.22. I requested a refund for the purchase due to still not having received the items I paid for on 1.20.22.

As of 3.7.22, I have yet to receive any reply to the two emails sent in Feburary, a response via the online chat, the merchandise, nor a refund.
