On March 19, 2016, we signed a proposal for Tony H. Boyer to rebuild our basement wall. The wall had a large bow
bow in it and needed immediate attention. He requested that we give him $3,500 to buy the supplies and we were to give
him $3,500 upon completion of the job. In addition we wanted him to to put up a new frame on our front door. He started
that project and it took two workers and over 16 man hours and the door was still not fixed.
Tony revealed to us that he did not know what he was doing. We went to home depot and kgot a stranger to put up the door which took him only three hours by hisself. i fired Tony Boyer and had him sign a statement that he would return
our money. Tony Boyer agreed and signed the document, and said he would bring us a cashiers check on Monday April 4, 2016.
We have called Tony Boyer repeatedly and his phone says that his mailbox is full. I contacted the Maryland License
for contractors commission and they informed me that they had no current license on file but that they knew of Tony and
his business due to prior complaints. we have found out that he has at least 6 other occasions when he has been
reported working without a valid contractors license.
