If I could leave a 0 rating it would be more appropriate. I am convinced this company is pure fraud or a coverup for some 'other' business. I placed 2 orders. One - June 7th. One July 6th. They took immediate payments. I gave them some wiggle room for covid-19 issues.
But when months went by and I hadn't seen products nor gotten a word from this company, I stated TRYING to contact them. First tried their 'customer service' link on website. Sales@customframesolutio…. No response. Then tried over and over again via that e-mail. No response. Then searched online for phone number. Found one. Called and called and called. Always leaving a voicemail. No response.
Finally got an e-mail back from the sales e-mail stating they apologized as they had sent to dept for response. So I waited yet another week with no response. E-mailed them again. They answered back in 2 days that they were forwarding my (angry) e-mail to the "shop manager". No response.
Now I'm beyond angry. And let them have it. They replied THAT day - my shipments would be shipping. I replied back only "WHEN?" in the largest e-mail text I could find. Response back that day - 'end of this week or next week'. Yet when I go in their website and look at "My Account" status it still reads "Paid" and "Unfulfilled" for both orders.
Save yourself hours of headache. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY !!!!!!!! Interesting that Yelp reviews total 55 with 47 being a #1. And the text of the reviews read about the same as described above. Some governmental agency should take a good close look at this strange business.
I ordered four custom picture frames on Nov 19, 2017, and paid with PayPal. One frame arrived after two weeks, the others have never arrived.
On Dec 2, someone emailed to say that one of the frames was out of stock -- I should choose another. I did this and emailed the new style number. Two more weeks went by. I emailed the same person (adding to the chain) and asked whether my order had shipped. They eventually replied, saying that my order was on hold because I needed to choose a new frame style. (!)
I wrote back, pointing out that it was right there in the email chain, but I repeated it, and gave my phone number, since they claimed not to have it (not true). There was no reply. I wrote again 2 days later and asked that they acknowledge receipt of my email, and tell me that they understood which style I wanted. No reply.
I have called and emailed many times since then (it's now been well over a month since the order was placed), but there is never anyone to take the call, and no one answers the mail.
I have opened a case with PayPal.
Placed an order on 11/4/15 for four custom frames with glass and mats. After the alloted time for shipment, I got nothing. Tried calling and emailing the compnay numerous times and get either an anwering machine or no reply to emails. Many days later got some young kid on the phone who gave me what ended up being a fake UPS tracking number. After that, I tried calling again and emailing. No replies to either method. It has been over two weeks and no items. I have filed a BBB report and a credit card dispute. This company clearly is a scam or simply does not care about customer relations and when orders are not correct, they make no effort to fix.
