Gave my grandsons a 43" RCA TV for Christmas of 21 and in July it stopped working. After asking for the same data twice they have not answered an email. I submitted my clain on 07/18 or so asking for information.

I provided everything they requested including scraching the screen with their reference number. They claim they will decide what they want to do within 20 days on whether they will refund or replace. After 30 days (8/20/22) they stopped responding and I have not heard from them again.

I have since purchased a replacement of a different brand.

I bought a 55" RCA TV Model RTRU5527-W in November 2017. Six months later it made a very loud sparking noise, smelled burning and stopped working. The tv would turn on but there was absolutely no picture. RCA has a year warranty on their products with the receipt, which I have because I purchased it on Walmart.com.

I called Curtis International that day and they took my information and told me someone would send me an email withing 48 hours, that didn't happen, so I called again.So again I had to give her all my information and she said that the head office would email me within 48 hours.

I received the email and responded immediately with the information they required and waited 2 days for a response, no response came. So I called again. I was told to wait 5-10 days for a response.

A week goes by and nothing. I call again. All they can tell me is that it's in high priority and I should hear from someone soon.

There is a warranty on this product that Curtis does not want to honor. I have been told there is no way to talk to the customer service department that I'm emailing and that I have to wait. I do not believe they are honoring their warranty.

CURTIS INCORPORATED IS A HEINOUS COMPANY THAT DIRECTLY LIES TO THE CONSUMER. Worst consumer experience I have ever received. After purchasing a portable DVD player for my toddler for a long car trip the plastic brackets on the bacl on the Sylvania DVD player broke the second day of the journey upon installment per the instructions provided. Having rigged a temporary suspension system to get us through the trip I attempted to return the product to Wal-Mart within 30 days of purchase. They refused to refund or exchange because their policy is 15 days for any electronic device.

They gave me the phone number for Curtis Incorporated and they also refused to refund or exchange because the device was damaged after I opened the package. Then I asked for a manager only to be told that there was no manager at the 800 number I called until tomorrow and they would not give me an extension or even a time that there would be a manager, I could not leave a voicemail but I was told to call back "in the morning". I am livid. I will get this purchase refunded to me and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN. PERIOD.
