They must be stopped! They charged my card three times. Absolutely rediculous they charged me an extra $25! It is not mentioned anywhere to my knowledge.
They advertised a bracelet with a quote on it for shipping cost only. You had to agree to there terms. I didn't realize I had five days to to CANCEL my order. Because of there agreement which was a travel agency they started charging my credit card for $26.75 a month plus $1.06 starting November 2017 then again in December (I had surgery December 12) and didn't check my credit card until December 30th. I immediately sent a email through their "contact" asking them to cancel my membership. Again in January they charged my card again. I immediately called them. They claimed they didn't receive my email. Now my credit card had been charged a total of $83.43. I told them they were deceiving, claiming to get a bracelet for shipping only. She (Tracy) told me other companies do the same thing. I told her I was on social security, and $83.43 was a lot of money to me. There was no help for me. I made a one time purchase on dec.11,2018 for $10.00 and since have had $25.00 per month taken from my account for what they say is a “membership “ !! so, i have paid almost $200.00 for a $10.00 bracelet ! my bank is disputing the charge but it doesn’t look like i have a chance of getting any of my money back. I definitely did not knowingly sign up for any membership what so ever ! i’ve contacted them several times and i’ve repeatedly received automatic messages back saying someone will contact me within 1-2 business days ! this is nothing but a complete scam !

They have customers sign up for a " promo" .99 cent bracelet only to get their credit card information. They make unauthorized charges to the credit card for a membership that they are unaware of without a consent.
After many unanswered phone calls i finally received an answer to the email i sent from autumn jones, telling me "membership fees are not refundable" i never signed up for a membership! the next line said "rest assured that there will be no further charges". That's a lie! nine months later they started up again with unauthorized, fraudulent charges to my credit card totaling from the beginning to today- $270.27.
Charged me $25 for a membership i had no idea i was signing up for. I was charged the $2 and the $25 came out not 2 days later. Not impressed with this company. And bounced my account also. So it really cost me $40 for a f****** $2 bracelet. And i havent seen any quotes on facebook. Waste of money, already starting to tarnish, only had it for a week!!
I purchased a bracelet for 2.99 as offered. They immediately charged my credit car 25 and did so every month without permission. When i called customer service is incredibly rude and refused to refund money. Complete scam and misleading advertising. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is in order?

I never joined any membership. I am stopping the $25.00 charge. I will never order from you scammers again.
