I watched Crystal Creek Animal Hospital vet kill my dog Daisy . She died in his hands.
I took my dog to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital at 12110 Crystal Commerce Way Orlando, FL, FL 32837 ยท because she was losing weight. The vet that saw my dog the first time was rough handling her which i did not like. He had a nasty attitude. He prescribed thyroid pills and 3 other tests, Heartworm, fecal and thyroid ,,Xrays, blood work, etc.. A total cost of over $400.00 plus that I could not afford but still put on my credit card. He was doing trial and error and was prescribing unnecessary meds and services. He was not sure what was wrong with my dog. It was a chance for them to milk me for more money by trying this and that... My dog's health was deteriorating, the meds they gave her were too much for her little body , she was in pain and screaming loud. I called the vet on 7/21/21 and asked to bring her in for some pain medicine to make her comfortable and I specifically asked for the owner BECAUSE i DID NOT WANT THE OTHER VET TO ROUGH HANDLE MY DOG AGAIN LIKE HE DID DURING THE FIRST VIST. So I was assured that I would see the owner instead. I picked up my ailing, screaming dog and rushed to the vet in hopes they would give her any pain meds. When I got there, my dog was crying loud because she was in severe pain. I asked for the owner again and was told he was busy and that I had to wait 4 hours before I could see him. I was very disappointed because they lied to me over the phone and my dog needed immediate assistance. It was impossible to wait that long because my dog was in pain, crying loud just like a person, gasping for air..i HAD NO CHOICE BUT SEE the original abusive vet. I walked to the exam room carrying my dog in my arms. The vet came in with another male tech. They both looked mean and nasty. The vet said:" I heard she bit the other vet last time, we need to put the muzzle on her" they put the muzzle on my20 pounds dog who is frail, has not eaten or drunk for 2 days and having a hard time breathing and gasping for air . He put her on the table and the vet grabbed her by the neck tightly with a grip in a revengeful manner while the tech held her down. They were handling her in a very rough manner to the point she was kicking with her little legs and could not breath. He squeezed her very bloated and painful belly very hard until she started peeing, the vet was more worried about not getting pee on himself, so he dragged her little frail body very roughly to the edge of the exam metal table so she can pee on the floor instead of the table. until part of her frail body was dangling from the table and The edge of the metal exam table got pushed into her very bloated and painful belly and put more pressure on her. Her back legs, one was dangling off of the table and the other was way up by her side...her legs got separated in a split like position for when he dragged he. she died instantly on the table in front of my eyes while still peeing. He abused my dog and killed her in front of my eyes. He was more concerned about not getting pee on his shoes than the welfare of my dog.
He had no compassion and was handling her very rough and abused her. .He muzzled her while she was gasping for air and in extreme pain. This vet has no compassion for animals but their wallet. They are money hungry and they show it loud and clear. They prey on people's feelings and crisis and take advantage by selling unnecessary services and meds. Their only goal is MAKE MONEY. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION AND THEY TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES/SALESPEOPLE TO MILK PEOPLE FOR MONEY. In one week, they took $900.00 from me and killed my dog. They all disappeared after they killed my dog. However, they sent this tech with an invoice to ask me for more money for the funeral. They left me in the room with my dead dog for OVER 30 minutes. After nobody showed up, I picked up the cold body of my dead dog and left. This vet does not care about pets but uses them for profit and a means of making money. They show NO COMPASSION AND THE NAME OF THE GAME IS MONEY AND GREED AT THE EXPENSE OF INNOCENT ANIMALS. I went back to his practice on 7/22/21 to talk to him and get some answers. He was hiding from me again and could not face me. I was given the run around by his staff until I left. He is a coward!
