In January 2020 I had a cruise fully paid for. My traveling companion backed out at the last minute. Cruises.com gave me a $350 goodwill voucher to use toward another cruise. Booked another cruise for February 2021, that was cancelled due to Covid. Booked another one for February 2022.
In Oct 2021, I called to pay off the cruise. I paid my total but the dope on the phone said I owed more money!! Out of frustration, I cancelled the cruise. I was told my $350 voucher was good for a year from that date.
This past week 2/12/22, I tried to book another cruise for March 2022 using my voucher. They told me they had given my credit to a friend that went on the 2/22 cruise. When I said that didn't make sense, they changed the story and said the voucher had expired last September.
I have tried to speak with a supervisor or customer service, but I can't get through. Now I'm not only out the original $750 for a cruise, but a $275 flight credit I had to use by 3/31/22. these people are great at taking your money, but watch out if you have any kind of a problem!!!!
