CRST is a faurd. they use students to finance there company. they have so many students and not enough trucks or trainers. All they have to do is sign up students leave them standing once they sign a contract and then collect on the 6500.00 that the student owes.
They have over 100 students each week, not month but week. Crst is a scam company. if you see it there way you can make 900.00 a week, but the way they do things you only make a few hundred the first month. you owe them 6500.00 they dont care if you stay are leave they have more students coming in. if you add it up they make over 10 million a year on students.students that never have a chance to get started.
If you look at it another way CRST trains 5200 plus students each year. why they dont have that many trucks. they know all they have to do is let you sit long enough in one place and you will quite but you still owe them 6500.00 dollars. some one needs to investitgate these people.
crst wat a joke they r,there recruiter that hires u,tell u that u make 700 a week and alot of miles running a team,that a joke,i had 2 trainers,first one i fired he didnt know nothing and only been on the road for 6 months and was homeless until he got that job,second trainer was the same,i figure i just stay with him and finish,u suppose to do 14,000 miles with a trainer,i did more,then went i got release from him in riverside,calif,i went home for few days,my diaptcher call me and ask if i found a co-driver i told him nope and i b back by tues,he stuck me with co-driver from hell,i got rip of him,my driver mgr put me with a 5150 driver i ran with him for 3 weeks,the guy never shower or change his clothes.if u complaint about it,they just ignore u.we get back to the riverside yard,that co-driver sucker punch me as i was getting out of the truck,doing the right thing,i went to alvin and his co mgr and talk to them,the riverside yard has over 50 cameras in it,yet they couldnt c him sucker punch me and told me if i dnt like it i can leave,alvin and his staff r a joke,after i left i file a lawsuit against them for what happen to me,even with the lawsuit against crst,my dispatcher force me to back,so i go she tell me get a rental car driver to cedar rapids to get a truck,now by labor law they r suppose to pay u for that.they dnt pay u they say it ur time,i got to cedar rapids with co-driver,waited 2 days for a truck and then was told i was fired for speeding and on my time going to get a truck,then they wanted me to take a bus all the way back to calif,i told them no thanks,i got rental car and drove home.crst is a scam and they use ppl for nothing,they hire students and fire most of them,cause they want the 6000 dollars for the school back that how crst makes it money.then they tell u that u cnt work for another comp,that lie also,i found a job with small comp running solo and making more money,so my advice to anyone stay away from crst they rip u off,better go to swift or england,i hope alvin reading this,go to hell.
