Hello I am a victim of Internet fraud this crscr.com 2 years ago started taking money out of my account monthly I called my bank I called them they shut it down or my bank shut it down I thought until January 2018 where I noticed these 39 . 90 and 1995 charges on my account and then I called them I don't have an account .I went to my bank they said well there's a dollar out of your account so you must have signed up for it .I said no I didn't and then they hit me for another 3 months and I don't know what else to do here. there are fraud they don't even exist. I want my money back I'm just I'm disabled I'm on a fixed income this is wrong
Somehow I was signed up for a "free" trial (I do not recall ever signing up with them for anything). They proceeded to charge me $39.90/monthly for a service I never received and didn't sign up for.
Their website is a generic joke. crscr.com/descriptor_help.asp. They must have gotten my information from someone who sells their customer lists.
I called my bank and disputed the charges and cancelled my debit card.
I hope they figure out who these criminals are. They are obviously scamming a fake business. You can tell just from their website. One page-no tabs-only a phone number listed etc. I didn't even trust them enough to call them.
As I do not recall ever signing up for this "service" I do not know how they got my information but I wish someone would go after them criminally. People work hard for their money and it's a shame these people have the ability to steal it.

I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel by one day. I called the customer service number and spoke to 3 representatives. I called in and stated I want to cancel my membership and get a refund for the $39.90 charge on my account. The first girl I spoke to proceeded on telling me we gave you an additional month free and have you checked out the rewards we are offering you.
I advised her that I did not want the services any longer and to cancel memebership. I verified all my information with her (email address, phone number, last four of credit card number, and address). She put me on hold stating that she is cancelling the membership. I waited for 30 minutes and she never got back on the line. Eventually I got tired of waiting and hung up. I called right back and got a guy. I said the same thing to him and he hung up on me. I called again and spoke to another guy and asked to speak to a supervisor due to not getting anywhere. Keep in mind that I’m starting to get irritated.
He stated that he was a supervisor. I told him my problem and he said we are not able to provide you a refund due to logging into the website today. I told him that I only logged in to get the phone number to call. He said that you authenticated the account and we cannot issue a refund. I contacted my bank and disputed the charges and cancelled my card. I’m just waiting for the refund to go through. I would not recommend getting going to checkfreecreditscore.com or crscr.com. This site is a total rip off and everything that is on there can be seen on creditkarma.com . They will not cancel your membership even if you call in prior to the free trial ending or process a refund if you are one day late.
I called and cancelled back in July 2017 and they keep charging my credit every month after repeated calls to them. They say to bad. I am tired of companies continually charging you when you cancel and ask them to stop. They need to respect people and do what they tell them to do.

I read all the reviews regarding this fraudulent website and they have been doing this since 2017, stealing innocent people’s hard earned money for years. Why does this website still exist? What can be done to find them? I am sure i never signed up for this and i have not received any kind of service in exchange of $39.90 every month for 15 months.
I have been charged 39.95 by this company that i have never even heard of or signed up for any membership with. Now i have no money to survive off of til the first of next month
I noticed on my bank statement that CRSCR was on my account for a pending perchase, which I didn't know about, so I called the number and they said it was for a towing fee of $39.90. At the time of the call, they weren't open, but the computer said it was for towing.
I looked back through the last few months of bank statements and have notice this has been going on for four months. I have no knowledge of this purchase of any towing package.
Just called them back, said I signed up for a credit score trial for a $1.00, then didn't cancel the subscription so they started to charge my account the $39.90 for this service. Just cancelled it, but they aren't going to refund any of my money. Also offered the towing package again.
In march, 2018 and in april, 2018 my checking account was charged with $39.90 each month. I called this company in alabama today, april 25, 2018 to tell them i had no idea what this was about. The person i talked to wanted to argue with me, was rude and insisted i had signed up for membership and authorized the payments. I did no such thing. Since i was not using this so-called credit company they were still charging me $39.90 each month with no statements or indication i owed them anything nor agreed to make payments.

Charged my direct express card ( social security) 39.90 these people are taking advantage of senior citizens

I've been having the same deduction off my direct express card. They are a scam I'd never even heard of them till they showed up on my statement.
BILLING MY CREDIT CARD $29.95 MONTHLY. UNAUTHORIZED AND CANCELLED. DEAD END PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
