After hiring someone to look into the company, I honestly do not know where to begin.
Let me just start off with the direct issue between the company and myself. I had partnered with them to do business and let me tell you, they were on top of everything.
After the exchange of a credit card, everything went downhill. I tried contacting them SEVERAL times, and customer service was non-existing.
I saved all of our conversations (via text, email, whatsapp, etc.) for verification. They charged my credit card well over the amount I had agreed to.
Keep in mind, I have the invoice as well as the documents that show how much I had agreed to. Every time I tried contacting them, they would seek their attorney which then uses complex lingo that I don't understand (and I can't verify that it is true or not).
It has been a headache for me contacting my bank and reporting this as fraudulent activity, and I am still waiting for the process to finalize.Keep in mind that even if it was $50 and they did this several times, this amount could potentially become a significant amount.
Businesses should not operate this was. There are laws in place for a reason.
BELOW IS FOR THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
Now, after having this company investigated on my own I found out SO much more details. I will not rest unless I see this handled.
The address that shows up on the website does not match the information with the BBB. The phone number on the website and the BBB do not match.
The Company name do not match either. There are two other things that I found that are puzzling..
Business Management:
- Mr. Bryan Suttle, Manager (person 1)
- Brian Siddle (person 2)
And when finding out who (Mr. Bryan Suttle & Brian Siddle) is, neither person exists.
The real person is actually a combination of both people, which is: Mr. Bryan Siddle. First Name (person 1) - Last Name (person 2)
And the other thing that Needs to catch the Better Business Bureau's attention is the category in which the company is categories as.
It shows that the business is listed in the Meat Retail.
I hope this complaint gets someones attention over at Crown Valley Winery / Crown Valley Brewery / Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling.
