I went to Crown Jewel & Coin located here in Albuquerque yesterday 9/7/2016 with two 14k ear rings & some 10k cuff links they weighed all of it out at 6 grams and only offered me $100 dollars for it. I had previously weighed everything before I went in and it was 7.5 grams of gold total, so they tried to rip me off for my cuff links and only gave me 6 grams on my 14k pieces which actually weighed 6.4 grams, the young lady and man at the counter seemed to be inexperienced so I told them what the actual weight was and how much i should have recieved for my gold, there response to me for ripping me off was I half to be a long term customer to benifit from scrapping my gold with them, most places I have been to here in Albuquerque have always been at 85% no matter who you are or what you bring in, because they're still making money off of the items you bring in they don't half to cheat you and rip you off. I would recommend anyone stay far away from this place unless you want to get ripped off and if you're making a purchase there or online you're probabally paying double. Anyways I went to another store in town here where it was weighed correctly and was treated fairly and on my way.
