I ordered an Italian ice push cart and mobile sink from crown food carts in March of 2017. I was told there was a two week turn around period for shipping the orders. I liked the product and the sales person was initially very attentive. Then, I sent payment. After they took my money, it has been almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls and they rarely return emails. It has been almost a month now and they've lied to me three times and gave me a fake tracking number each time they told me they were shipping my order. They refuse to call me. In the few emails I've received, everything is very crypyic and they have never given me a straight to the point answer. I have now requested a refund and contacted my credit card company in the hopes of getting my money back. In my opinion. no one should order anything from this company. Their custonmer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Stay away. Spend a little more and buy your concession products somewhere else.
I purchased a Urban Hot Dog Cart from Crown Food Carts To start off they promised a 3 week delivery it took 6 always a different excuse when I went to pick up cart it was shrink wrapped so I could not easily check cart out got it home it was nothing like what I ordered It was very poorly made It was suppose to be stainless steel it was aluminum said it came with the following
1 a 6.5 Heavy Duty Umbrella it was no where near that sise
2 1 12V Battery Missing
3 drain plug for cooler missing
4 Clean Water Tank leaked in several places
5 Knobs for plexiglass missing
6 frame to hold propane tank missing
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY CART IS A PEICE OF JUNK
Crown Food Cart will make you think they are going to take care of you and they will always be there for any info or concerns and questions. Until... after purchase. Human contact impossible. Purchased Victory food cart on 02-07-2017. Recived a bogus title on 02-16-2017. Contacted sales on 02-17-2017.Responded with typo era on title. DMV does not have this company as a manufacture. Promised new title in 3 days. Delivery date of cart by 03-07-2017. Crown Food Cart Sales will not return phone calls or emails. DO NOT PURCHASE
We purchased a food cart from this company on May 14, 2016, they told us it would take 2 1/2 weeks to receive it, It actually took almost 6 months. When we received it it was missing all the key components for proper operation, such as the sanitizing sinks , the steam pans, the hot water heater, water pump , Backflow system and 6 foot umbrella. They have been promising to rectify the problem and still have not.. nor will they return our $3000. These people are manufacturing carts that do not comply with state and federal health regulations. They also put us out of business all last summer as we sold our other Concession Stand based on the fact that they said it would only take 2 1/2 weeks for us to receive a new one. This company is 100% a scam. I tried to order a mobile sink and after they took my money and promised me delivery 3 days later I never heard from them again!!! They have stolen my money and will not return calls. I have contacted local authorities and talked with a lawyer etc... but they respond to nothing and have already cashed the check. STAY AWAY!!!!
They took my money and never delivered the product. You can't reach them by phone and they won't return your calls after they take your money.

I placed an order for a food cart and mobile sink. Paid them $1800.00. They never sent me the product. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. They don't return calls. They rarely return emails. They gave me fake tracking numbers for my order. They told me there was a two week turn around for shipping their products. It's now been a month and I'm done getting strung along by them. I've requested a refund and contacted my credit card company, Which by the way they will pressure you to send them a cashiers check or direct deposit from your bank account, don't do it, if you do, you will have no recourse in getting your money back. In my opinion, be smarter than I was and just don't deal with them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Crown food carts owner arrested on fraud charges...Contact the Monroe county police dept in Pennsylvania if you are a victim..He has lots of victims so lets put him behind bars.
I ordered a window for my FoodTruck in August. I expected a two to three week ship time. I have dealt with this time frame in the past through other companies. I was sent a generated email after the online purchase that there payment for CC was down and to assure the item shipped on time to do the electronic check. I was I desperate need and not thinking I moved forward. It has been nightmare since. They won’t return calls. They send auto generated responses to emails. Very poor service. I hope they get shut down fast. I live day to day on my truck and I have been stuck for three months now....
I am s cheduled to attend a flea & food market very soon to provide kettle corn and pretzels to children who are attending the event. So I ordered a kettle corn machine, mixer, and sink on August 27th from Crown and the sales person said that he spoke with his FedEx representative and a September 5th delivery will work. The FedEx tracking number the Crown sales person provided me does not show the the equipment is en route. I have reached out to the sales team by email and phonenumerous times with regards to the issue I am having with the tracking number and have not heard back from anyone. I am very concerned! Please help!

Do not order from this company. I ordered online a 4 compartment sink beginning of May they took my money but I have not been able to speak to a person by phone or internet since I ordered after leaving many messages by both. I dont know if or when I will get my order they have taken 875 dollars from my account. They also have a F rating with the BBB. Look somewhere else this company is a joke.
