The companies and people listed in this report conned me into having a 200M SBLC sent to their bank with the anticipation that I would get a loan for 6% LTV. They infomed me they have done this before with each other and it was a simple process of sending the SBLC/760 in the text of a swift 998. I sent them a copy with completed veribage for their banker to approve so there would be no problems. I received back emails and phone calls assuring me that the banker and bank had approved the veribage and all that was left was to have my banker send the swift. The swift was sent and for two weeks I was told via phone and email that everything was completed and funding was coming in 48hrs, three different times. I should have known after the first 48hrs. Today I received a swift receipt from my banker that the recieving banker sent out informing them that they did not accept the swift and the file was closed. These people are not professionals as they stated, and I'm now out alot of funds needless to say $12Million Dollars in funding. They are now trying to blame everything on the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

To our dismay, we just came across the approximately two year old fictitious and untruthful review regarding a 200M SBLC. The author posted these same untruthful accusations on another site within one day of each other almost two years ago. When we confronted the author by posting our response to his complaint on the "other" site, as-well-as speaking to him directly regarding this other site's posting, he recanted this falsehood and requested the site to remove his posting... of which that site refused to comply with his request, as is that particular site's method of operation. The Author then posted his reply to our response basically stating he was premature and in error in posting "against us" in the first place. Candidly, while these "complaint" sites most definitely have a noble purpose in offering a forum to those who have been wronged .... they offer no checks & balances regarding the legitimacy of any complaint posted, of which is substantiated by this very post we are responding to, of which is factually false. We simply introduced the parties to each other, received NO compensation whatsoever, and provided the poster of this complaint direct communication with the principal identified within their contract . The author of this complaint had absolutely every opportunity to vet all parties to the contract prior to moving forward, in fact, we encouraged the author to NOT move forward should he have any reluctance whatsoever once he completed his own due diligence. Bottom line; we are uncompromisingly obedient to truth, honesty, and transparency. And in supporting those very tenets; below is a verbatim copy of the first page of contract by and between the author of this erroneous complaint, clearly defining the contractual parties involved as well as identifying the person/entity who the author communicated and dealt with DIRECTLY. For privacy/security purposes, the passport numbers of the parties have been removed.
