He said there was no contract, no service agreement, and i could cancel at anytime, just give us a call.
They would come by and spray my house every other month. I said great, so he got his ipad out and wanted my credit card number for billing purposes only. Kiowa wanted me to sign his ipad with just a signature box. I asked what i was signing and he said the signature is just to allow us to bill your credit card, and we only bill after the service is performed. So i signed.
Five months later i called croach and said i no longer needed them to spray anymore. Croach left me an e-mail stating i owed them a early termination fee of 200.00. I went back through all my-emails from croach and saw way down at the bottom of a document, this place that said download, so i clicked on it, and low in behold there was a contract that kiowa tricked me into signing, stating my signature was just for billing your credit card.
When speaking to a croach representative, which was a family member, she said that kiowa was a family friend, he is a independent contractor, and they have no responsibility in what, and how kiowa sales pitch is to his customers. This is a total scam and the law calls this bait and switch! do your research go to scamion.com, there are complaints of the exact sales tactic used on me.
Croach is operating in 5 states pulling the same bait and switch. I have contacted the attorney generals office in idaho, and filed a formal complaint, in regards to bait and switch sales tactics. Today i am filing formal complaints in co, wa, az,and or with the attorney generals offices. These sales tactics go beyond the state boarders of idaho.Have the state S) attorney generals offices open an investigation into their bait and switch sales.

The representative from croach states because kiowa is an independent contractor, the have no responsibility in his sales tactics, but keep the monetary rewards of his illegal actions. I believe this to be not legal. Citizens in our country need to be protected against companies like this, this is happening in other states too.
