Wasted $18,500.00 CASH buying from Cristal 2000 - 2 months dragged on trying to have Cristal 2000 mechanic shop to repair all my vehicle deficiencies - finally ended up watching YouTube videos, sourcing and buying parts and repairing myself - finally after 3 months of total frustration - asked Cristal 200 to buy back my vehicle - Fady calls to tell me Cristal 2000 will not buy back my vehicle due to a recent "Policy Change", however they could try to find a "Wholesaler" to offer me something. I recommend to be very, very careful when considering a purchase from this company. I will never return to Cristal 2000. Fady does not appear to be to concerned, as long as they have my $18,500 CASH, why should he care?
The short version of the story is we bought an BMW X3 from them in early December 2016. They claimed over and over and it was written on the contract, we had 36 days to get anything corrected if it was not right. The truth is, once you are out the door, you are SOL completely out of luck.
We took it to our mechanic and there was a laundry of serious issues with the car. Tony Ibrahimi of Cristal 2000 said no problem, bring it in and we will fix it. We took the car to them and it took them almost a week. We went and picked it up and Tony Ibrahimi told me right to my face - everything on the list was fixed 100%! So we take it to our mechanic and Cristal 2000 did NOTHING!!!!
We have major electrical problems, transmission oil pan is rusted out, engine oil pan is leaking, at least 20 electronic faults, valves are leaking, our left turn signal is stuck on and the highbeams are stuck on and several other issues. The car is UNDRIVEABLE NOW!!! I have contacted them several times and they said they are not fixing it.
Cristal 2000 Auto is by far the best place to visit when purchasing a vehicle. Toni went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the BMW car that I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Cristal 2000 auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle good credit, bad credit come they will work with what you have .Excellent the entire team at Cristal 2000 auto amazing service.
Bought a Bmw from Fady 3-4 months later car overheated on the hwy take it to my mechanic says I need a new thermostat & the part and labor cost me $900 then MY mechanic ask me who saftey this car? I had big problems control arms for the wheels are breaking and i need all new rotars and breaks and i had to sign a waiver leaving his shop that he advised me of this. So disappointed I have had the car 3-4 months I took it to Fady and they persisted the car is great and his mechanics will look at it- they kept my car 2 days I didn't hear anything only for Fady to swear and hang up and yell at me that the damages are all my fault and over 3/4 months owning the car I had done all of this and that he will not fix anything! Then tells me to pick up my piece of S**t car! I show up and he has 5 men (brothers) waiting outside for me almost was attacked and Fady grabbed me by my arm & told me to leave with my s**t car! WOW! Professional? This place needs to go out of Buisness scam artists and putting peoples lives in danger! Selling unsafe cars to people and then refusing to help in any way and bullying them? I am looking into hiring a lawyer to bring these crooks to justice!
