Created an account with crime-smasher.com paid for 1 national search and 1 state search on an individual who i had hard-copy evidence there was in fact an arrest record made on this individual on a certain date. i ran both the state and national crime backbround check on this individual and both reports came back stating no record found. i sent several emails to website info demanding a full refund on my credit card. this is fraud....
