Simply go somewhere else!! I asked Politely for them to come back and reinstall an appearance package that was installed incorrectly... They told me NO! I sent pictures and a phone call. Now I will complete the install correctly... They left garbage in the driveway along with nails and screws that were not cleaned up after the install. There are way too many garage door companies to choose from this should not be one of them!!
