I seem to be in the same boat as debra, the other lady here at scamionwith a complaint against denise alvarado. I purchased one of her glamour conjure oils on june 16, 2019, using a vanilla visa prepaid card. I had to make the purchase via paypal invoice as i could not get the checkout thing on the creole moon website to work.
The rest of june went by and most of july, but my oil never arrived, so i contacted her via e-mail. After three attempts at getting a hold of her, i finally got a hold of her at the end of july, and she said she had forgotten about my order as it was not made via the creole moon website, but said she would ship it out as soon as possible.
Another month went by, and we headed into september, still no sign of my order. So i've tried to reach her again, but she is not answering my e-mails.

ordered a product 5 months ago(march2016) had three conversations with alvarado where she aplogised and said it will be sent by the end of the week and the last correspondence was the first week of july i have tried contacting her since and even asked for a refund which of course was ignored wrote a comment on her creole moon fb page and the response i got was she would look into the matter and that was over a week ago look into the matter like it was a big surprise common now! totally disgusted so i warn anybody thinking of purchasing merch from her to think again and go to a reputable site with shop owners who have a conscience and morals hard earned money right down the drain be careful people which i had seen this site before purchasing anything from this lady.
