Wastage of time

Honestly I don't know where to start with. I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining time and wasting money.

Bad Decision contacting them

They were so bad at handling the work which caused me so much trouble. Their staff members aren't trained as they don't know how to do their given work at all. Bad decision contacting them!

Rude staff and very unprofessional

I would not give them any star but that’s the minimum you have .Worst company I have come across they mislead you by giving false and low interest numbers for loan and in the end they charge you hefty interest please stay away from them that’s my experience with them and there only staff Jenna

False advertising

All they do is false advertising of their work and do entirely opposite of that. Not recommended at all!!!

Skethcy Behind The Scenes

Behind the Scenes are people who are highly trained Scam Artists and they know how to steal money from you. Worked at this company for months. I was lied to and promised opportunity for promotion in about 8 months, upon, and when I did apply for the open promotion, they gave it to a person who had only been at the company for 25 months vs 8-months (being me). They say they do promotions based off quarter reviews and performance. Performance is understandable, which I was acknowledged for. Though, overall is nonsense, given my predicament. Also, 5 of my co-workers who I worked with when I first started in Processing, all got promoted within 8 months to better positions, 2 of which got promoted at the same time at 8-months of experience. The company has a fake culture that they force upon you, not because they cherish or practice anything religiously. Most, especially managers, of the people put on a fake, bubbly, super-nice personality, so, everyone seems nice upfront, but, when you actually start working truly in the atmosphere, it's a different animal entirely. Don't slip up with what you say verbally or electronically. DO NOT go into the processing department for this company, where I was, horrible micromanager and uneven work-to-pay-load.

Credit Repair.com I wish I had known about Rip Off Report, I would have carefully prepared an excellent report. Right now tho I am reporting and getting ready to call them, working purely on anger. The upside for them is they will not have to take the brunt of my anger because they have company, as in Credit Fix .com and Lexington law. Credit repair has a way of saving keeping the client from cancelling. Twice they kept me from cancelling with promises and as it turned out , they kept me on the books for 6 months, including this month, May 2018. On May the 4th Credit repair hit my bank for 99.95, 73.55 and 16.30 , totaling according to my memory approx 700 plus dollars, while my score has progressively gone down including Today by 29 points to 495. I began at over 640 and about to work with the VA on a home mortgage. I am 69 yrs old and all that is gone now. I am also basically homeless now living in a 10 x12 room with my dying dog . The three places i HAVE MENTIONED HAVE TAKEN ME NOW FOR ABOUT 1500 DOLLARS BECAUSE I BELIEVED THEM. This place tho tops them by far in my opinion.. I will close this out for now, since i must call them., argue about all the money they took this month, lose the argument , then fight with my bank because they won't want to replace it. Then tend to Zack my dog and try to figure out what to do next. These people have NO CONCERN FOR YOU OR I AND JUST CONTINUE TO TELL LIE AFTER LIE AND DO BASICALLY NO WORK. As a matter of fact on those rare times that i did speak with someone who might jt have had some sense. OI would ask ,what have you done and what is next? they would say to me, well have you generated that rep[port yet we asked for, and then let me know what they expected from ME! They wanted me to do the work. WTF! I have to go, Zack is crying and I have to call. ,Thanks Overcharged me for a service they never gave me. Lied and made promises of getting my credit fixed, but after over 6 months with them, my score is lower today than it was to begin with , while charging me approx ,so far, 1500 dollars including 200 dollars worth of charges this month already.

Do not spend your money with creditrepair.com! They use your money to run commercials with people literally crying about how great they are - they are not!

I have great credit, had two late payments, that are in fact errors on my credit report from 2011, just wanted those addressed and cleared. Creditrepair.com makes promises they don't keep, lies and their only purpose is to keep you on a string and keep sucking money from you.

I signed up with them in March - the only work done, or the only evidence of any work done was two letters, mailed on my behalf to the creditor at an invalid address, so for several months at $89/month they mailed two letters to an invalid address. When questioned they said that the address is only one avaialble - well genius - if you disputed the late payments with the bureaus, like you said you did, which they did not, I would have received some mail from the bureaus over a 90+ day period. And if you have the "only address available on my credit report and the bureaus have the same address and can't confim it, thy have to remove it.

These guys are polite but sneaky, they don't do anything to resolve your issues, anything! Stay away, far away from these people. Karma will catch up with them, but I am sure a few of the people there are laughing their heads off at the brilliant way they have devised to get your money and do nothing other than line their pockets with your money.

Breakdown, spend $267 and they mail two letters, consuming two sheets of paper, two envelopes and two stamps, not a bad profit margin. These people are bad people.

Credit Score Watcher are the biggest scammers . They charged me a $1000 to receive a $25,000 card . I never received the card, and Henry if that is his real name, blatantly said they wouldn't refund me. They lied about Rapid Rescore. And then said he can charge me $1299 to restart my case. The nerve after they stole $1000.00. Please beware of Credit Score Watcher! They are not listed on BBB.

I signed up with this company to help me change the damage I've done to my credit after losing my job. It was a total wast of time and money for six months. After not seeing any decent progress I called and was given the run around by an agent who convinced me to give it a little more time. Finally I cancelled service only to find that they billed me after the fact. When I contacted them about the issue they refused to issue a refund. I'll let the BBB handle it from here.

You're better off using the money this component charges to pay off debt. After 4 months they had nothing to show me what they've done for my $400+, and charged me for the month I ended membership.
