CreditCardProcessing.com Reviews

I signed up for a merchant account with Credit Card Processing.com, LLC about 11 months ago. Business was fine, things had been going well, then all of the sudden I received a phone call from Tiffany, an employee who works with the company, saying my merchant account was closed. Needless to say, I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing on the other end of the phone. I own a destination wedding company in Florida, and all my business, or at least 96% of it is run on credit card payments. So, you can imagine why I was deeply bothered.

I had a great relationship with this company. In fact, throughout the entire time I was there my merchant account never even had 1 chargeback! Literally, I was a top of the line merchant with not ONE problem EVER. Again things were great!

To make a long story short, my wife has been very ill for several years and had to undergo treatments for her medical condition. So, after raking up over $500k in medical debt we were forced to take a bankruptcy. A time that was very dark in our lives. Fast forward 2 months after the discharge and this company calls me to cancel my merchant account because of the whole ordeal. However, not once were there names mentioned in the bankruptcy as a creditor, and I had NO OUTSTANDING debt with this company. Needless to say, it was hurtful and bad timing.

The company was very cold to me from that point forward, and when I called to speak with Tiffany about the circumstances I was treated terribly, even to the part of bringing me to tears.

My suggestion and overall opinion of this company is they are underhanded, and will not have your back when you need them, even if you are the best company. Go with another company to save yourself from the pain!

Fast forward 48 hours later and I'm already up and processing credit cards at a lower rate and saving money with another merchant service provider. In fact, when I provided the merchant with the past statements they showed me where creditcardprocessing.com had me on a variable rate which was costing my company big time! To the tune of around $200 per month!

Avoid this company!

iPayment,Inc. d/b/a creditcardprocessing.com has given me THE WORST card processing experience I've ever had over the past 52 years that I've owned many businesses.

I provided EVERY single bit of information Nicholas Iacozza requested during the application process. I was assured that I could immediately process charges up to $2500 each and $20,000/month.

Two days after my account was setup, I received an email from Jenny Newman at ipaymentinc.com which said "SUSPENDED BATCH ALERT: IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED." If Ms. Newman worked for me, she'd be fired instantly because NOTHING (not 1 word) in her email told what I needed to do to ‘unsuspend’ the one and only $1400 charge! In fact her email said 'please provide the following items by fax or email' but listed absolutely NOTHING (space was 100% blank) !

I now blame myself for ever contacting these incompetents. I was "suckered" by a website that appears to be a legit reviewer of card processors but is actually an ad for Flagship and Creditcardprocessing.com which they rate as being #1 and #2. In other words I now realize that FAKE news suckered me into wasting hours of my time. I have moved on to a LEGIT & COMPETENT CREDIT card processor THAT APPROVED MY APPLICATION IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS AND HAD ME PROCESSING IN LESS THAN 24!.

On Feb 11th 2017 I had an estate sale in Tulsa, OK that was advertised weeks in advance. The sale was a success totaling $7,754.00 in credit card sales alone. We had another last minute sale on Feb 12th which totaled $445.00. On the two days of the sales there were issues with the credit card machine. They would not swipe properly so I had to manually key in credit card numbers using my laptop. It clearly states that all transactions should clear within the next business day.

However, that was not the case, instead of clearly into my account, Credit Card Processing held the funds. Since then I have been transferred to the resolution team and then bombarded with questions about the business. It was first a Ms. Star Gloria Adams that requested information by email to send receipts proven of the sales and then afterwards the account was transferred to Matthew Hernandez for further requested proof. He asked to see my first months of bank statements before stating that he would contact me the next day for an update.

Well guess what? No phone call, email or anything. No update and every time I call they transfer me to this Mr. Matthew person and I get his voicemail. I was trying to be patient but I have other folks I have to pay for this estate sale and they are jerking me around. This company owes me a little over $8,000 and getting someone on the phone who can assist me is like pulling teeth. Well...finally 3/21/2017 today Mr. Matthew Hernandez called me back for the first time and stating that they will not be releasing funds at all. He stated it was ONE customer that stated it was a fraud transaction. I said then do not pay for that one. Why stop the others? I am yelling and cursing at this point. He stated that they were holding it for now. What does that mean? For now? I asked. No response. He was lying. I told him not to say anything else. I knew he was trying to get me off the phone and that this was unacceptable.

I give away over $8,000 worth of products and you think your are going to take the money and run? Who does this company think they are? They can't just shut down my account and keep my transactional funds. Now I have no products and out of over $8,000. I trusted this company and they took all my money. Listen WORLD do not trust creditcardprocessing.com they hold your funds and come up with every excuse not to pay for your transactions. I do have a lawyer who is taking the case.

First of all, internet says they only have a month to month agreement and no cancellation fees, and free terminal and will beat any competitors price, so I called them talked to guy named Tony Bolduc, and he emailed me and in his email he even says keep in mind that we waive all set up fee and only have a month to month agreement., and sttatement fee of $4.95 a month plus percentage of credit card that are swiped, so i thought that seem great so decied to go with them, sends me over a agreement which is very small and hard to read i sign it send it back, first month thoguht it seemed a little high called them went over it customer service girl was rude, next month irritated it was high again, stopped using it after seing someone had taken $1000, $2000, and $3000 from my bank after checking my bank account and I had to put stop payment on it, they told me it came from a credit card processor, so this company fraudently stole $6000 from me and no longer using them I called them and say I want to cancel my account with them, and now they are saying I can't get out of it because I signed a 1 year agreement, which is bs- they lied and told me they only have a month to month agreement plan, and now they want $250 just to cancel in which they say they dont have any cancellation fees, wow all the lies they will tell you just to get your money (just to tell you what kind of company this is), be aware stay away from them.
