This company Credit Services is ridiculous, I was unable to get a settlement agreement., The medical bills are from my DEAD HUSBAND.. they will not do a payment plan for 20.00 or 30.00 a month as they say it is not enough even though one bill is down to 205.00 and the other is 365.00.
Credit Services personel is rude and abrupt and has not telephone etiquette or respect for anyone. They sent judgements and filed complaintes to the court on these medical bills and when i went they have a mediator who they told me handles these bills and there is nothing I can do . the Judge will not hear my case as this is how it is done in Colorado..
Unacceptable as they are still sending this to the credit agencies each and every month as a collection/ charge off account and it is not.. I am paying on it each and every month and they are still sending this out. without any explanation that it is being paid or and agreement set up or anything,
They are the worst company there is and something needs to be done... !!!
