Credit One Bank creates what apparently are bogus credit card accounts, sending me a bill for $75 for annual fee for a new card, yet I have never received a credit card from Credit One Bank. Their "customer service" is an offshore group that struggles with speaking English, and far too often disconnects the phone while you are on hold.
Evasive and otherwise vague with their information, the representative reads from a script that the card is due to arrive in 7 to 10 days. I am now waiting for the second card that was allegedly sent out to me, even thought I have never received the first credit card nor this new credit card.
They pump you for all private information for "security purposes." I wouldn't be surprised if this is an identity theft phishing scam. Google the company and the CEO, etc. and you will see how fishy the whole thing looks as a company, etc.
They are always adding new charges. Every time I check my balance they have taken anywhere from 10 to 20 dollars. Example: I checked my balance on Tuesday and it was 67 now it's Thursday and my balance is 55. I need help.

On January 17th we noticed his credit card payment was withdrawn from his checking account for the amount of 133.99, to CreditOne. However, when he checked to see if he had credit to his card, the payment never processed, even though credit one had withdrawn the money. He has contacted their customer service, mailed them the appropriate bank statement, and they responded with a letter stating they could not trace his information and they need more paperwork. They also made it his duty to submit creditone 'trace number' to his bank, even though he had a statement from the bank saying that creditone took the withdrawal from his checking account. Three more phone calls later, customer service said 'I don't know' and 'sorry, we can't help you'. It was the same agent all 6 times we called. He is from India, and so was his 'supervisor' which leads me to believe that this company is operating outside the US. We have lost a total of 556.00 so far, because we went to make a payment a few days later (we just want to close this account) and they withdrew 307.00 from his checking, once again without applying it to his credit line. The money simply disappeared according to them. Note, they will NEVER give you their name, and they will act like they cannot hear you. Filing a complaint with the FTC, the dept of consumer affairs and the banks. Beware of CreditOne also, because we have had some strange inquiries on his credit reports, after these issue began. This is a terrible company. I was a customer for over two almost two year (since 8/8/12 to 02/23/2014. I had a mastercard a.By January 2013, I made a payment in full For US 460.00 but number was of my bank account was wrong or mistake by Credit one when they process the payment , therefore the payment where return. Credit one charge for this operation a returned fee of 35 .. charging the annual fee of 79 dollars and close my account
Giving me days to 30 days to pay in full. Several times I tried to call Credit one to solve the problem but no body give the an answer.
Finally i paid before the 30 days US 460... but becouse the 35 and the 77 dollars this amount increased
When I did this, Credit One unbelievably closed my account . They transferred from one representative to another informing that they could not reopen my account, but instead invoked their collections department to obtain payment. The terrible thing is that my bank , showed that I made payment.. Not only that ,Credit One close my account they report as a Charge off in my credit report .
We do not have any accounts with Credit One Bank and yet they hacked into my checking account from another bank and took 406.00 from us as a preauthorized payment.

What a scam. I send automatic payments from my bank to theirs. I still owed an additional $29 by 12/31/2016 due to underpayment. I cannot pay online through their website, it kept kicking me out back to main page. I called 3 times to customer service, one hung up on me, the second said they cannot accept an additional payment over the phone because I’ve already paid earlier in the month, I would have to mail it in (and get hit with a $35 late fee per their website), then they said they would have to charge a $9.95 processing fee for a payment over the phone…I wouldn’t be calling them if their website payment system worked. Called 3rd time and asked for supervisor, took 11 minutes to get a stupid $50 payment posted to my account but “we’ll waive the $9.95 processing fee by phone this one time”. Well, fix your website so people can pay online. This is how they get extra fees…make it difficult or nearly impossible to pay so you get hit with late fees and processing fees. We need a class action lawsuit against these people.

Make sure to read reviews I sure wish I did. I just applied for the Credit One Bank and said I was approved $400. I got my card on Dec 3, 2016. I used it one thank God for that and hopefully there is no more sneaking fees after this. I seen on my account that I was charged $75 annual fee, which was not mention in the application. Well I found about this on Dec 5, 2016, so I contact them. Then first guy told me that he can close it out without helping me. Then as I stress my situation he hang up on me, so I called back and another person said well it is on the application and by the way there is a $8.95 monthly fee. WHAT! I have Capital One great company. NO annual fee, NO monthly fee, great customer service. Oh an only been with them under a year and got 3 credit increase from 400 to 1150 now and my credit is not good. I so called was speaking to a person by the name of Derrick ref# 4190736, which sound nothing like a man, so I believe thats lies. Bottom line is horrible customer service, sneaking with saying that the annual and monthly fees were on the application which they were not. They said they will closed my account we will see. My name is MIca Victorian-Holland I have been a member of Credit One Bank for a little over a year. Recently my credit card as restricted and since i have been denied credit by the company because of bank verifications that they are requesting to prove i own the accounts that i paid my bill with them with. My account with Credit One Bank is 0 and I have faxed them numerous times verification letters from the different banks I bank with and have checking accounts. Credit One Bank denied recieving the faxes sent from other finacial institutions and accused them of screen shooting pertinent information they requested to verify payments maade to them.
Credit One bank then requested a phone conference with each of the banks and had a phone conference with two lcations Family Postal Credit Union and First National bank who were able to approve that I own the accounts. The Next day Credit One Bank Rose in Corporate office Las Vegas, Nevada says that the conference call as meaningless and can't be used verify the account is mine. Credit One Bank uses tactics against poor people to get them to give the infomation that is both against the law and overly aggressive to establish payments made to pay off credit with them. If you don't keep a balance on your card so that they can make interest off your account they deny you credit in everyay possible. All Banks that I tried to get validations letter sent from was unfamiliar with the tactics used against paying customers. If there is anyone out there that can help me keep my credit card please help. It's hard enough to get approved for a card then have your credit ripped away from you without cause.

I received your offer of a pre-approved credit card earlier in November 2016. And as your offer came in the same mail with my parents’ Capitol One bill, I mistakenly thought your company Capitol One and applied for your card. This has proved to be an enormous mistake on my part.
After realizing my error, I immediately started researching your company Online. What I found filled me with dread. It appears your company is well known for its predatory lending practices. I found complaints in the thousands providing proof that Credit One Bank does not only NOT subscribe to the cleans hands doctrine, but that Credit One Bank is guilty of the bait and switch law as well. To add insult to injury, it appears your company ensures its victims are unable to cancel your credit card.
This correspondence serves to puts you on notice that I am cancelling this card. It has never been activated, will never be activated and in fact has been shredded.
However, since it was my mistake I am enclosing an U.S. Postal money order in the amount demanded. I do not expect to keep paying for this mistake over and over, year and year out due to your vulturine lending practices. I will fight for my rights as long as necessary and with every agency whose mission it is to protect the American consumer up to and including the Supreme Court.
Several sites on the internet has hundreds of complaints of the inability to cancel this card. As after the bill is paid in full along with requests for cancellation, your company charges one cent, thereby ensuring the bill is never paid in full and can then charge the victim the annual enrollment fee, late fees, or any other (in) applicable fees your company dreams up.
While none of the above has happened to me to date, I am positive your company will use the same odious scam tactics on me that you have used on thousands of others. Therefore, this letter is a peremptory notice not to.

I called the company 16 total times to pay off, close account, get a refund of my 600.00 security and was hung up on 100% of the time. On 10/21/2016 i called the company from my phone 14 times, my boyfriends phone twice. Each time i was hung up on. The first 5 or so times i thought it was a problem with the connection. After, when i spoke with a man, explained i wanted to close the account, he pretended to transfer me to 3-4 so called managers even though it was the same man each time. He finally tranferred me to a woman named michelle who said she closed my account after asking me if it was ok to charge my bank the 52.20 remaining on my account. Then when i asked for a refund of my 600.00 security, she told me she could not hear me, the connection was bad and for me to call back, then hung up again. I spent two hours and 16 calls trying with these people. I am livid that a company is allowed to function and scam people in this country. Not only would they refuse to talk to me about the refund but the account still remains open. So they can continue to charge me interest i am sure. I have contacted the bbb to intervene. I have had 2 credit cards with this company, Credit one bank. All went smoothly until I got a late paymrnt. Since i don't get late payments i called and they said it was "receivd" late. I paid it, signed up for esign or some such thing where I would be paperless and they would send me an email when the payment is due. Nothing. At 70 i have days where i forget things. I started writng everything done and it dawned on me I had heard nothing from these folks. I went online and it said I had a payment due 10/18/2016. Since that didn't sound right I called the collection department. They told me i owed for September! So if I pay before 10/18/2016 all will be well. i know They will hit me with a another late charge but there is nothing i can do. I closed both accounts and about an hour leter i got a call from Manilla saying I needed to make a payment. This is truly a bad company. When I asked to be transfered to an Amercian they hung up. I called the voiceline to get my available balance. I was at Walmart get groceries that totaled $26.17. I had already checked my balance previously $14.00 cash advance $14.00 purchases. I thought this was a legit company. once I said things that they did not like they closed my account. Credit One had conducted a fraudulent advertising to the public by offering $1,500 credit line, but in reality this company only sells $300 for a huge amount of fee charge. Credit One uses a call center in India , dislosed the US citizens personal files such as SSN and physical residence to foreigner countries. Credit One also conducted a illegal telemarketing teams oversea calling to sollicitate their fraudulent businesses.
I was locked out of my account due to error in bank account number (same sccount number I've paid thru for the past eight yesrs) Atempted to pay the account off, was told I could not because I had already made 4 payments on the account in the past month; told to pay off aftger 6/4/16. So I went to the website to pay on my Credit One Bank credit card, and found that they actually charge you to make a payment. How is this even legal? Its a $3.99 processing fee. Really? $4 extra to make a payment? So, I took the $4 off of my intended payment. And their employee's.....wow! Rude, demanding, harassing, and very intrusive questions they demand answers to. In less than a 36 hour period, I received 11 calls. And this is after I had made payment arrangements. I hope the Saudi's aren't using this money to support terrorism.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to purchase some software from Ashampoo.com. I have done business with them for some time. CreditOne Bank decided that I can no longer purchase from Ashampoo and after many calls and assurances, I am still unable to make my purchase. I called their "Customer Service" number (which is in India) and eventually got a Manager named 'Michael'. He assured me I could go ahead with my purchase this one time. While this resolves my immediate problem, I will not be able to buy upgrades or renew licenses after this. I did some research and located their headquarters in Las Vegas. Upon calling the banks headquarters I was told that there was no fraud restriction regarding Ashampo and the representative cleared my account. I was told I would be able to complete my transaction within 24 hours. We'll see what happens. Updates to follow.
I applied for the card but did not activate or use the card until a few weeks after receiving the card. A few days after using the card i received a late fee for a bill due only a few days after activation/using the card. I paid that fee and continued to receive inexplicable fees for an internet payment and its fees located in las vegas nevada. I have never been to las vegas and do not have an internet service other than that of my phone service provider.
Upon contacting the company about the fees they proceeded to tell me they are fees for using their services. When asked to cancel the account i was told i would have to pay a fee to cancel as well as another fee to pay my balance in full. They still have not canceled my card nor stopped adding on fees to the so called cancelled account. When calling to inquire several times i am on hold for 30 plus minutes and disconnected time after time.
This is quite simply the truth. Credit One failed to close my account that was paid in full. They subsequently opened three additional accounts deceptively without my permission. Their lawyer, Narine Yenovkian, who is in house, said it would take at least 30 days to investigate because she could not access personal accounts. She goaded me into arbitration, which could cost them $50,000 or more. But this time Credit One will be facing FTC, OCC, CFPB.gov complaints. Arbitration would be great in Jams since Narine yenovkian is a Canadian self taught attorney who cannot legally practice outside of Nevada. Now come get me Narine Yenovkian. The truth is.not defamatory. Sue me. I dare you.
This company not only charges you a hidden sign up fee of $75 but also when you try to use your card for online purchases they place a hold on your funds that were only put there the ensure that the funds were available in the first place only they Dont recognize it as a hold they actually charge you and try to blame it on the other company. The hold should have dropped off 7-10 days after my purchase was declined and 2 weeks later its still there.Amazon even gave me transaction I'd # of settlement verification to aid in the process yet credit one says all I can do is file a written complaint.
Recieved and submitted online application for a Credit One Bank visa card in September. Used the card once in November and received the first bill on Dec 9th which included a $25.00 late charge. I had a Credit One account which I closed months ago. I just found out by checking with my credit report that they have NOT closed my account and have NOT reported my credit properly. They harrassed me, as my payment was due on the 29th of each month and I sent it on the first, they charged me a late fee, additional interest and penalty every month. This so called company made a serious error ! My elderly mother got a statement while never having a credit one card nor applying for one . The rep on the phone ask enogh questions to ensure she was who she was and she never applied nor recieved any credit card .. I signed up with this company to help my credit. They charge insane fees. After 2 purchases totalling under 200 theyve told me i was over my limit of 300. I asked them to explain they gave me this salt, and water story and nothing added up. I received the card on the 6th of the month, and they said i missed a payment that ive never received a bill for... since then they call me 8-10 times a day with robo calls. I call my lost card in as soon as i lost the card. The time was around 7:18 PM on 04/05/2017,
but The Company says the only report was when I called to find out how long if would be before i receive my next card.

On January 17th we noticed his credit card payment was withdrawn from his checking account for the amount of 133.99, to CreditOne. However, when he checked to see if he had credit to his card, the payment never processed, even though credit one had withdrawn the money. He has contacted their customer service, mailed them the appropriate bank statement, and they responded with a letter stating they could not trace his information and they need more paperwork. They also made it his duty to submit creditone 'trace number' to his bank, even though he had a statement from the bank saying that creditone took the withdrawal from his checking account. Three more phone calls later, customer service said 'I don't know' and 'sorry, we can't help you'. It was the same agent all 6 times we called. He is from India, and so was his 'supervisor' which leads me to believe that this company is operating outside the US. We have lost a total of 556.00 so far, because we went to make a payment a few days later (we just want to close this account) and they withdrew 307.00 from his checking, once again without applying it to his credit line. The money simply disappeared according to them. Note, they will NEVER give you their name, and they will act like they cannot hear you. Filing a complaint with the FTC, the dept of consumer affairs and the banks. Beware of CreditOne also, because we have had some strange inquiries on his credit reports, after these issue began. This is a terrible company. I was a customer for over two almost two year (since 8/8/12 to 02/23/2014. I had a mastercard a.By January 2013, I made a payment in full For US 460.00 but number was of my bank account was wrong or mistake by Credit one when they process the payment , therefore the payment where return. When I did this, Credit One unbelievably closed my account . They transferred from one representative to another informing that they could not reopen my account, but instead invoked their collections department to obtain payment. The terrible thing is that my bank , showed that I made payment.. Not only that ,Credit One close my account they report as a Charge off in my credit report .
We do not have any accounts with Credit One Bank and yet they hacked into my checking account from another bank and took 406.00 from us as a preauthorized payment.

Credit one bank creditcards are huge ripoff , adding hidden fees last second to put you over limit so they can charge you more money . Credit One approved a credit card for me. I received it and tried to activate it
but when i called they informed me that i needed to send them a copy of
my Drivers License and or My State ID plus a copy of a utility bill with
my name on it. I have never had to supply this information to any credit card
before, so i am not going to do so now, just because it is not the usual thing to
do when you activate a card.
What a scam. I send automatic payments from my bank to theirs. I still owed an additional $29 by 12/31/2016 due to underpayment. I cannot pay online through their website, it kept kicking me out back to main page. I called 3 times to customer service, one hung up on me, the second said they cannot accept an additional payment over the phone because I’ve already paid earlier in the month, I would have to mail it in (and get hit with a $35 late fee per their website), then they said they would have to charge a $9.95 processing fee for a payment over the phone…I wouldn’t be calling them if their website payment system worked. Called 3rd time and asked for supervisor, took 11 minutes to get a stupid $50 payment posted to my account but “we’ll waive the $9.95 processing fee by phone this one time”. Well, fix your website so people can pay online. This is how they get extra fees…make it difficult or nearly impossible to pay so you get hit with late fees and processing fees. We need a class action lawsuit against these people.

Make sure to read reviews I sure wish I did. I just applied for the Credit One Bank and said I was approved $400. I got my card on Dec 3, 2016. I used it one thank God for that and hopefully there is no more sneaking fees after this. I seen on my account that I was charged $75 annual fee, which was not mention in the application. Well I found about this on Dec 5, 2016, so I contact them. Then first guy told me that he can close it out without helping me. Then as I stress my situation he hang up on me, so I called back and another person said well it is on the application and by the way there is a $8.95 monthly fee. WHAT! I have Capital One great company. NO annual fee, NO monthly fee, great customer service. Oh an only been with them under a year and got 3 credit increase from 400 to 1150 now and my credit is not good. I so called was speaking to a person by the name of Derrick ref# 4190736, which sound nothing like a man, so I believe thats lies. Bottom line is horrible customer service, sneaking with saying that the annual and monthly fees were on the application which they were not. They said they will closed my account we will see. My name is MIca Victorian-Holland I have been a member of Credit One Bank for a little over a year. Recently my credit card as restricted and since i have been denied credit by the company because of bank verifications that they are requesting to prove i own the accounts that i paid my bill with them with. My account with Credit One Bank is 0 and I have faxed them numerous times verification letters from the different banks I bank with and have checking accounts. Credit One Bank denied recieving the faxes sent from other finacial institutions and accused them of screen shooting pertinent information they requested to verify payments maade to them.
Credit One bank then requested a phone conference with each of the banks and had a phone conference with two lcations Family Postal Credit Union and First National bank who were able to approve that I own the accounts. The Next day Credit One Bank Rose in Corporate office Las Vegas, Nevada says that the conference call as meaningless and can't be used verify the account is mine. Credit One Bank uses tactics against poor people to get them to give the infomation that is both against the law and overly aggressive to establish payments made to pay off credit with them. If you don't keep a balance on your card so that they can make interest off your account they deny you credit in everyay possible. All Banks that I tried to get validations letter sent from was unfamiliar with the tactics used against paying customers. If there is anyone out there that can help me keep my credit card please help. It's hard enough to get approved for a card then have your credit ripped away from you without cause.

I am in the process of trying to rebuild my credit history.
I received your offer of a pre-approved credit card earlier in November 2016. And as your offer came in the same mail with my parents’ Capitol One bill, I mistakenly thought your company Capitol One and applied for your card. This has proved to be an enormous mistake on my part.
After realizing my error, I immediately started researching your company Online. What I found filled me with dread. It appears your company is well known for its predatory lending practices. I found complaints in the thousands providing proof that Credit One Bank does not only NOT subscribe to the cleans hands doctrine, but that Credit One Bank is guilty of the bait and switch law as well. To add insult to injury, it appears your company ensures its victims are unable to cancel your credit card.
This correspondence serves to puts you on notice that I am cancelling this card. It has never been activated, will never be activated and in fact has been shredded.
However, since it was my mistake I am enclosing an U.S. Postal money order in the amount demanded. I do not expect to keep paying for this mistake over and over, year and year out due to your vulturine lending practices. I will fight for my rights as long as necessary and with every agency whose mission it is to protect the American consumer up to and including the Supreme Court.
Several sites on the internet has hundreds of complaints of the inability to cancel this card. As after the bill is paid in full along with requests for cancellation, your company charges one cent, thereby ensuring the bill is never paid in full and can then charge the victim the annual enrollment fee, late fees, or any other (in) applicable fees your company dreams up.
While none of the above has happened to me to date, I am positive your company will use the same odious scam tactics on me that you have used on thousands of others. Therefore, this letter is a peremptory notice not to.

I called the company 16 total times to pay off, close account, get a refund of my 600.00 security and was hung up on 100% of the time. On 10/21/2016 i called the company from my phone 14 times, my boyfriends phone twice. Each time i was hung up on. The first 5 or so times i thought it was a problem with the connection. After, when i spoke with a man, explained i wanted to close the account, he pretended to transfer me to 3-4 so called managers even though it was the same man each time. He finally tranferred me to a woman named michelle who said she closed my account after asking me if it was ok to charge my bank the 52.20 remaining on my account. Then when i asked for a refund of my 600.00 security, she told me she could not hear me, the connection was bad and for me to call back, then hung up again. I spent two hours and 16 calls trying with these people. I am livid that a company is allowed to function and scam people in this country. Not only would they refuse to talk to me about the refund but the account still remains open. So they can continue to charge me interest i am sure. I have contacted the bbb to intervene. I have had 2 credit cards with this company, Credit one bank. All went smoothly until I got a late paymrnt. Since i don't get late payments i called and they said it was "receivd" late. I paid it, signed up for esign or some such thing where I would be paperless and they would send me an email when the payment is due. Nothing. At 70 i have days where i forget things. I started writng everything done and it dawned on me I had heard nothing from these folks. I went online and it said I had a payment due 10/18/2016. Since that didn't sound right I called the collection department. They told me i owed for September! So if I pay before 10/18/2016 all will be well. i know They will hit me with a another late charge but there is nothing i can do. I closed both accounts and about an hour leter i got a call from Manilla saying I needed to make a payment. This is truly a bad company. When I asked to be transfered to an Amercian they hung up. Some girl named Kate. I asked to have the next payment emailed to me so i was aware of when. Still nothing. The company sucks and the management sucks. I will send this off , as well, to the FDI and the AG of their state.
I called the voiceline to get my available balance. I was at Walmart get groceries that totaled $26.17. I had already checked my balance previously $14.00 cash advance $14.00 purchases. I tried to use the two together approximately totaling $28.00. The manager had to ring it up. But my purchase was still saying DECLINED! I thought this was a legit company. once I said things that they did not like they closed my account. I did not authorize it they said the calls are being recorded I asked them to play the recordings back to prove that I did not authorize it they will not answer my phone call form my number or once I put my social in they say it's no one able answer my phone call try back later and. therefore I am filing a complaint against them.
Credit One had conducted a fraudulent advertising to the public by offering $1,500 credit line, but in reality this company only sells $300 for a huge amount of fee charge. Credit One uses a call center in India , dislosed the US citizens personal files such as SSN and physical residence to foreigner countries. So I went to the website to pay on my Credit One Bank credit card, and found that they actually charge you to make a payment. How is this even legal? Its a $3.99 processing fee. Really? $4 extra to make a payment? So, I took the $4 off of my intended payment. And their employee's.....wow! Rude, demanding, harassing, and very intrusive questions they demand answers to. In less than a 36 hour period, I received 11 calls. And this is after I had made payment arrangements. I hope the Saudi's aren't using this money to support terrorism.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to purchase some software from Ashampoo.com. I have done business with them for some time. CreditOne Bank decided that I can no longer purchase from Ashampoo and after many calls and assurances, I am still unable to make my purchase. I called their "Customer Service" number (which is in India) and eventually got a Manager named 'Michael'. He assured me I could go ahead with my purchase this one time. While this resolves my immediate problem, I will not be able to buy upgrades or renew licenses after this. I did some research and located their headquarters in Las Vegas. Upon calling the banks headquarters I was told that there was no fraud restriction regarding Ashampo and the representative cleared my account. I was told I would be able to complete my transaction within 24 hours. We'll see what happens. Updates to follow.
I applied for the card but did not activate or use the card until a few weeks after receiving the card. A few days after using the card i received a late fee for a bill due only a few days after activation/using the card. I paid that fee and continued to receive inexplicable fees for an internet payment and its fees located in las vegas nevada. I have never been to las vegas and do not have an internet service other than that of my phone service provider.
Upon contacting the company about the fees they proceeded to tell me they are fees for using their services. When asked to cancel the account i was told i would have to pay a fee to cancel as well as another fee to pay my balance in full. They still have not canceled my card nor stopped adding on fees to the so called cancelled account. When calling to inquire several times i am on hold for 30 plus minutes and disconnected time after time.
This is quite simply the truth. Credit One failed to close my account that was paid in full. They subsequently opened three additional accounts deceptively without my permission. Their lawyer, Narine Yenovkian, who is in house, said it would take at least 30 days to investigate because she could not access personal accounts. She goaded me into arbitration, which could cost them $50,000 or more. But this time Credit One will be facing FTC, OCC, CFPB.gov complaints. Arbitration would be great in Jams since Narine yenovkian is a Canadian self taught attorney who cannot legally practice outside of Nevada. Now come get me Narine Yenovkian. The truth is.not defamatory. Sue me. I dare you.
This company not only charges you a hidden sign up fee of $75 but also when you try to use your card for online purchases they place a hold on your funds that were only put there the ensure that the funds were available in the first place only they Dont recognize it as a hold they actually charge you and try to blame it on the other company. The hold should have dropped off 7-10 days after my purchase was declined and 2 weeks later its still there.Amazon even gave me transaction I'd # of settlement verification to aid in the process yet credit one says all I can do is file a written complaint.
Recieved and submitted online application for a Credit One Bank visa card in September. Used the card once in November and received the first bill on Dec 9th which included a $25.00 late charge. This so called company made a serious error ! My elderly mother got a statement while never having a credit one card nor applying for one . The rep on the phone ask enogh questions to ensure she was who she was and she never applied nor recieved any credit card .. I recieved a bill stating that i owe 108 dollars.
When i called, they said that i have a card with them. The balance was 75.00 for start up fee, 25.00 late charge and interest.

I signed up with this company to help my credit. They charge insane fees. After 2 purchases totalling under 200 theyve told me i was over my limit of 300. I asked them to explain they gave me this salt, and water story and nothing added up. I received the card on the 6th of the month, and they said i missed a payment that ive never received a bill for... since then they call me 8-10 times a day with robo calls. I recieved a fraudulEnt credit card offer from Capital One Bank N.A., the offer says pre-approved credit line up to 1500, no annual fee! Its a fraudulent offer.... It has many fees including annual fees! This is a scam!
