Credit Boom or Broom Credit they go by these names They are scammers me and my partner had order some Tradelines from them had paid them and they is given us different excuses to why the Tradelines have not posted yet. We even tried to get a refund they refuse to do that or give us a credit towards more Tradelines. We have email and call and they will not respond. They are horrible do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company they are a rip off. United States
Last month in March, we purchased tradelines from Credit Boom, 2019 Sychrony $10,000 - 5 tradelines. The tradelines never posted on any of our client's credit reports. We were told to wait a certain amount of days, then let them know. My partner emailed everyone credit report to show the tradelines did not post. This was a week ago on March 31, 2020. All we wanted was credit to go toward a new tradeline.
The first rebuttal that came back from some guy from [email protected] asked for credit reports (again) and identification for all of my clients for a non-posting tradelines. He never discussed a credit we requested. The first stall tactic. At this time, we replied back asking for a refund.
Days later, the next rebuttal that came back were screenshots of our client's being added including an insult to our intelligence that our client's credit reports were not bona fide or merged correctly.
Well according to a couple of my client's credit reports, Bankruptcy and Federal Student loans found it's way to post on my client's credit report. Not sure how bona fide that is for Credit Boom.
A week later after we initally sent the credit reports, I asked them to respond by the end of today. My partner and I received crickets, nothing, nada.
This is not how you handle business and they messed up a good client that would have purchased several more tradelines from them if they would have handled this better.
Don't waste your time. The prices may be good, but when it comes to a credit or refund for non-posting tradelines, forget about it. This company is not worth it.
