Wont give me access to my account with small sum still in deposit. Have writen back and forth for months. Told me it was in an account that i never registered, Did not match my paypal address?. However i own domain, so created said address that i was told it was under. Got in one time for five minutes to change password and correct so called email that did not match my paypal eaim when i purchased product. Now cant get into account at all, again. Have wrote several thousand times with no response. Yet it say on web page if at any time you have troubles accessing your account, "just drop us a line we will be glad to help". So is this a scam they just take your money by denieing access to your account. x 1or2 % of customers thats a lot of dollars.
Ken Weaver is a grown male masquerading like a toddler. Called me, then proceeded to bully me, at times screamed and cussing at me. Then proceeded to threaten me, claiming that he was going to call local authorities, despite the fact that creative market STOLE my money, and demanded that I can no longer use the products, despite the fact that they didn't fully refund me. After he screamed at me, and cussed at me, I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that Aaron was standing right there listening, and wasn't going to speak to me. When I asked again he became enraged, screaming that if I tried to contact them again, they were going to report me to the local authorities. Ken Weaver from Creative Market, is an immature baby, and needs to grow up.
