Cedric, the owner of CII Entertainment used to be a client in another company that I worked with. During that time, we took care of his campaigns and had continually complained of not earning money. My former boss wanted to cancel the campaign since he did not like the payment scheme that Cedric was counter offering.
Out of gratuity, I talked with Cedric and we agreed to put homebased agents so he recoup his losses. From then on, he would give a lot of orders and talked to him that he was eating most of my time. We then agreed that he pays me a basic pay plus commissions to work for him. I resigned from my previous job hoping that he would give me an opportunity of a lifetime. I diligently looked for lady agents for him which were hard to find in the Philippines as his products were models who did striptease in the US. In total he just spent $504.00 for training plus weekly and we had to advance money from him for equipments and internet connectivity. We had paid the amount and he had been able to recoup his investment and was starting to earn. He gained back his investment in just one month and our advances all paid up.
I tapped resources for us to dial in one place, and made arrangements on his behalf. His manager, April Rissler always never ran out of complaints over the offshore agents. She sees every minor lapse but never correct the US operators. I was always telling Cedric to give space for learning curves for the operators. The campaigns had a lot of minute details that operators need to internalize and a week or 2 is simply not enough. April would always nag the agents and report false accusations to the owner. We had proven several times that we were right and was told that an investigation would take place but never had. Surprisingly, one day, April logged us out by saying the agents were not supposed to log in when in fact a day prior, we agreed on all our deliverables.
Today, our logins were deactivated. A pregnant operator had to come to work so early not knowing what happened. We were not given notice as to what our faults were and worse, we were not paid as agreed. I had to work close to 20 hours everyday to get things in place. We now have a rented place, equipments that we were renting that we could not pay off because they did not send payments as agreed.
I had reported the Case to the FBI and hopefully through this report, somebody could help us. We are now out of jobs not even knowing why. The owner tends to believe his manager who maneuver things to his detriment. We want to be paid.
